"Namara! Use Fairy Wind!" Riko commanded. Namara, with a slash of her flower, threw a powerful Fairy Wind at an Axew. Lowering it by half it's health, she decided to throw a pokeball.

One shake...

Two shake...

Three shake...

PING! Axew has been caught!

Riko went to pick up the pokeball and check it's pokedex description as well as gender. "You're a male, huh? I'll name you Orion," Riko named her Axew and put him in her bag.

Venus at this point was practically sitting in Benny's lap."A..are you sure?"she asked looking up at him with eyes that shouldn't belong on a child.They were world weary and showed how one wrong thing could shatter the little bit of innocence that was left.

Riko went out of the Connecting Cave and back onto Route 8U to go to Route 8L. She encountered the camp again but quickly ran away from it. I need to find another Mega Stone, Riko thought and continued running.

Riko was now on Route 8L and was very tired. It was hard to stay awake when you had a long trip of just walking for 8 hours. "I'm going to take a break," Riko told herself and sat down on a log.

Benny stood up. "Ok! And congratulations on about Nero. Mizu...never battles...in fact, he's only at level 6." Benny looked over at the spoiled Piplup. Mizu was sitting there, glaring at Benny.

Drake begins to walk to Route 12, as he's stopped by a random stranger. "Hey kid! That route needs a pokemon with surf! I don't use my Lapras anymore, I'm not as young as I used to be. But hey! You could use it."

Drake obtains a Lapras! Lapras is sent to the PC. "Thank you so much!" Drake said to the stranger. He then runs back to the pokecenter, and switches out Pikachu for Lapras.
