elizabeth turned a corner and blinked, looking around before
entering another area that was like the one cheyenne had found,
only more lush with bushes and the grass being thicker, as well as
a large lake like pond surrounded with willow tree's.
standing by one of the willow tree's that looked to have had a
bunch of large gashes in the trunk stood a young satyr playing a
soft and soothing melody on a flute, unaware of elizabeth and ryan
being close.
~~~~~
he smirked and picked her up bridal style, then started to sprint
back to the area where cheyenne was.
the satyr soon finished and smiled softly as the gashes in the tree
slowly started to mend itself.
''there... you should be back to normal in no time..'' he mumbled
in a soft spoken voice.
elizabeth tilted her head and seemed amazed.
''he can heal tree's... with music....'' she muttered, seeming
rather confused.
~~~~~
nathan laughed and continued to run.
elizabeth looked where the satyr was and blinked.
''hey, we aren't going to hurt you... i promise, we were just
curious who was playing that flute we heard'' she said.
the satyr gulped and looked out from behind the tree, looking at
her warily.
''w-who are you two.....? w-w-were either of you the one that
caused this tree harm...?'' he asked timidly.
''we just got here... plus we've never seen one of these little
grotto like thing's in this maze before, this one's gorgeous, i
don't know who'd want to ruin it'' she said.
he got up and stayed by the tree as he came out from hiding, still
a bit cautious while he gripped his satchel's shoulder strap.
elizabeth smiled softly and gave a small curtsy.
''my name is elizabeth electra, but if you want you can just call
me eliza, cause elizabeth is a bit of a mouth full'' she said.
he gave a small nod and relaxed slightly.
''m-my name's jackson evergreen....'' he muttered loud enough for
them to hear.
jackson looked over at ryan and sighed shakily.
''i-i was helping this poor tree.... some beast came through and
tore the trunk up pretty bad, and the tree was in complete pain
when i got here, so i stayed here and played the flute to help calm
it down and heal it'' he said.
