"The robots are staging your deaths" Slade said through a microphone in a robot as another robot grabbed one of Red's spare shirts and tore it while pouring blood on it and shooting it.

The drones flew about the car and then drove off.

Red Samaritan heard an explosion and he and his team rushed to the smoking base. "Move some the rubble we need to see what is going on!"

Finally Red Samaritan and the team removed enough rubble to find the hatch. "Commander Sun, choose five of your best and we'll enter. The rest of you stand guard."

Commander Sun nodded and pointed to five who went down in and they looked around carefully.

"Droids killed them." one concluded seeing the broken droids and blood.

"No." Commander Sun and Red Samaritan replied.

"There are six robotic foot prints entering, but only human foot prints leave. The car is gone. And the blood on Red's clothes is a different type from the one he bled. Two options, this was staged by both the robots and them, or they killed the robots and faked their deaths." Red Samaritan guessed.
