He stealthily climbed on top of a building and jumped to base making sure he wasn't followed. He opened the hatch and climbed in. He closed it and walked to his roof

Theodore took the stage, "Men and women the president was killed by three robots. Due to the heroics of Red Samaritan they were defeated. Now men and women, I know that this is a terrible day and a time of mourning, but I must tell you that I am running for president. I think I will be better than Debra. She wants peace with the criminals and doesn't want an advanced group of soldiers. I know the president's plans and I would like to carry them out. We need to strike back at those who have wronged us today. Are you ready ladies and gentleman?!"

There were chants and Theodore knew he had succeeded. He didn't want the president dead, just scared enough to quit, however him dying was good as well.

"Sir, reports say Red tried to defeat the robots as well and that he defeated two. Is this true and why?" a reporter asked.

Drat, a nosy report. He couldn't kill them or buy them off. Time to tell them what he heard then. "The terrorist Red didn't want Red Samaritan to die."

"Isn't that heroic?" the reporter asked.

"Not when Red did it to make sure he beat Red Samaritan one day. This was him saving his target so he could attack later." Theodore replied.

A robot walked out of Red's closet. It was unarmed, "Slade would like to talk to you some time. Call him whenever." It dropped a phone and then shut down

Theodore answered and used a voice modifier, "Hello Red. I am glad you called. I want you to cause chaos whenever you like. The robot can be sold for three million. If you ever need anything. Ask." And with that he hung up.
