Hex slammed the staff on the ground and the building started to collapse. "EIther you get me or you save the people" she said while sneering. She then ran and smashed the staff on her Altessias head

Altessia headbutts the staff. She decides that innocent peoples lives are more important than this maniac. She manages to save the people with help from law enforcement.
