"Mmmm, yeah, no." She wiggles out of his grip, floating midair.
"I'd really love to chat, but, er, no I wouldnt. Im very tired and
will have to rest soon, so..."
"Well this place is dangerous to rest in." Ricky mused, "Unless you
know they lay out." As if on cue scraping could be heard around the
corner along with moans. Sighing he grabbed her and opened a door,
before closing it behind him.
"Teleportation doesn't work to get out. Only portals. Now quite."
Ricky whispered as the scraping and moaning got louder and then
stopped outside the door sniffing.
"Well none of us can use our powers against a beast that has super
strength. Magic will only keep the door closed for so long." Ricky
replied as the door began to crack.
Ricky frowned as a bandaged hand burst through the door. Ricky
grabbed a bowling ball and dropped it on the floor. It fell through
creating a hole large enough for him to fit through, "This leads to
the floor infirmary. It is on the West side. We need to get to the
East side, on the fourth floor."
Ricky dropped through the hole as well as the door broke behind
him. "No time." Picking up the cat, he opened the door and began to
run. "There is one on each floor, besides the fourth floor, and
they share a hive mind. One will try to see us soon."
