Zorra appears normally in Jaxin's room. In half a second, the other
angel is pinned against the wall with rope-like shadows. Zorra
looks at Jaxin, whose struggling to get up. His bloodied wings lay
on the ground, severed from his back.
Practically shaking with anger, she tightens the shadow ropes with
a flick of her finger and helps Jaxin up. "Oh Jaxin... Im so
sorry..." She whispers hugging him.
"Its not your fault, Zorra. I cant fight." Jaxin says. "And this
time, it cost me my wings."
"Avalina is so going to kill me." Zorra sighs, seemingly unwilling
to let go.
"Reix." Zorra says, letting go of Jaxin and looking at the other
angel. Reix smiled, showing sharp teeth, and flutters his white
wings. The shadow ropes tighten further, threatening to cut off
circulation to his hands. "Give me one good reason why i shouldnt
murder you right here."
"My legacy if for killing people with a flick of my finger, and for
being the one who survived against all odds. So, killing Reix
wouldn't hurt that." Zorra replies.
"Information?" Reix rasps.
Zorra hesitates, considering.
"Oooh, looks like i got Abandoned's attention." Reix smiles.
Zorra has her claws pressed against his throat in an instant.
"Reix, you know not to call me that. Ricky doesnt know my names
meaning and i'd like to keep it that way." She hisses.
Jack blinked next to Zorra, looking amazed at the bloody scene. He
analyzed Reix, noting with respect that he was purely mad. Good
thing too, cause if he wasn't that would mean killing him would be
plain wrong. He walks up to Reix. "Respect. That is what I have for
you right now. Don't squander it." He smiled, his teeth showing.
But the grin held a deep threat. He slowly pulled the edge of the
dagger from one side of Reix's face to the other. "I wonder what
changes Jason has made to my dagger. Wanna find out? Or will you
talk for Abby?" Jack gestured to Zorra.
"We wait for Zorra. Do anything to him without her opinion, and I
will beat you senseless. Also if anyone has the right to hurt him
it is Jaxin as he was hurt." Ricky sneered.
Jack turned to look at Jaxin. "I remember you from my first day
here. You look almost exactly the same, minus the bloody stumps
growing out of your back." He snickered, the thought of Jaxin's
face of the body of Quasimodo too hilarious to keep to himself.
