Well, seeing as she's part slowpoke the only way for her to do that, is to either listen and try by herself or evolve into a slowking

Well, seeing as how she was dipping her tail feathers into the water, I'd say shes close, but I could also be mistaken as they use their tails to fish.... Seeing as slowpokes are quite daft and well... Retarded *Cringes at the word*
