The world isn't the same as it used to be after the nuclear war struck people became... different. Some gained powers, some gained different physical forms. Now another war had struck, and the only people alive are teenage criminals. After the leader of the group managed to break out of his cell, and freed everyone else. They start to go on a adventure to find other survivors, and to rebuild society in their crazy way.
The roleplay will start at stage one where the second war breaks out, and the power goes out. Which is the point the prisoners break out of their cells.
