The Muddy Water hurt the Xerneas, but didn't stop it from doing what it needed. Yveltal was sent to the ground, though, before getting up and using Foul Play on Veronica.

Xerneas burst with color and stopped absorbing energy. The Geomancy was a success and its power, defense and speed were all doubled.

(They're in the last part of the dungeon and Duo did something in a cave)

(They're fighting a hologram Xerneas an Yveltal at the top of the dungeon)

Xerneas used Moonblast, destroying Yveltal and hitting everyone else. Unrelated to that, another tremor hit, and the room was near collapsing.
I mostly go on Smogon and Twitter nowadays.

"We need to kill that thing fast or we going to get crushed down here..." Jin called as he leaned on the wall.

"Well, uh..." Miles loked around. For a convicing hologram, Xerneas' attack was quite solid.

"...We could try to use the Destruction Pokemon to make a hole on the wall. It would be risky, but then we could exit this place with it."

Xerneas saw Miles plotting and used Outrage. The two of them had equal strength, but holograms die quickly, so Miles had the upper hand.

Yveltal got up and used Oblivion Wing on Miles.

Miles quickly jumped away, leaving a crack on the ground. Miles then flied and began to stand in front of a wall.

"Xerneas! Use your strongest attacks in this spot! Yveltal! I bet you can't hit me!" Miles began to tease them.

Veronica stood up after recieving the Foul play,she was hurt,almost to faint,but she had something more to do.
And so,wishing it was of utility,she used Muddy water at Xerneas

Yveltal and Xerneas, having simple AI, both dorected their attacks at Miles, punching a hole through the ceiling. The two wouldn't fit theough, but everyone else would.

Quilava was pouting in the corner meanwhile.

Quilava went over to help Jin and lift him up on his back. "We should be going through that hole." Quilava pointed at the hole in the ceiling.

Close call. In fact, too close- half of their attacks hit Miles, and he problably didn't faint because of his armor. Looking up, the hole was big enough for one at a time exit.

"Thanks, Xerneas. Distract h-him a little longer..." Miles said, struggling to get up.

Quilava put Jin down and burned Xerneas with a Will-O-Wisp, catching both of their attention. They both attacked Quilava, but Quilava is fast, so he got away from the attacks for a while, until a Moonblast hit him amd he fainted immediately.

Just hold a little longer... Miles tought. Cole was levitating off the hole, but there was still some people to get off. In a rush, Miles picked Jin and Quilava up, and launched them through the hole.

Quilava woke up since they were out of the dungeon. They were on the rooftop of the dungeon, only about ten feet above the ground. Another tremor hit, which was something big flying around the tower. This made the hole way bigger from the ceiling around the hole slowly collapsing and Miles could escape.

Veronica escaped from the hole as soon as she could,and once she was safe,she kept thinking about something...
Wether to join Duo or not.
If she did,how could she do it with none of her friends noticing that?Will they ever forgive her?

Miles then grabbed the rest- Dea, Infinity, Remmie and any other one that I forgot to write in. It was heavy, but Miles managed to fly off with them.
