LOLz, I have no idea where exactly this should go, though if it is better in a different section then the Mods can move it. Don't worry about telling me that you are moving this, just as long as it is in the right place.

So, hi there, nice to meet you. I have been thinking up ideas for a new, custom Region of my own now. I've gotten at least 91 Pokemon ideas already, as well as a few of the NPC's and the two player characters (for male and female). The map is going through a few checks, and I still need to work out what the main story will be about, though I have decided for there to be no Pokemon from the games available in the Region. There are no new types, and no Type Advantages have been changed. Mega Evolution is in it, with each Mega getting it's own Pokedex Entry, though no Z-Moves, and I currently only have two Pokemon that can Mega Evolve. A Legendary and a Fire-Type.

I will start uploading pictures of each Pokemon onto my Deviant Art soon, and when I do start, I'll link to there so you can check current work. Though I may comment here with new links to the next Pokemons when I do make their pages.
I also have a spreadsheet that will eventually be labelling all 151 Pokemon, their Types, Base Stats for Level 50 and Level 100, how to get them and a few other bits like Weaknesses and Resistances. That will be updated for the 91 Pokemon I currently have first, and then I will get to making the last 59 or so.

Welp, that is where you lot come in.
I may not be able to come up with 59 Pokemon alons, so I'll be doing a few contesty-things as well as letting people message me about creating new Pokemons for the Region. Rules and that will be put below for you to see.

New Pokemons, the Rules and Regulations:
The first thing you have to do, before Messaging me, is read this information. It is important, I will know if you have ready it or not.

1: DON'T STEAL OTHER PEOPLES WORK!
It isn't your own art, you aren't allowed to use it.

2: TELL ME THE TYPING YOU THOUGHT OF FIRST!
I need to know what type you are thinking about making it, though I have a list. I have a list of the Types and how many Pokemons I currently have for each, as well as the info for each.

3: DO NOT DO ARTING/DESCRIBING UNTIL I SAY YOU CAN!
I will require you to tell me your general idea, and then I will get back to you ASAP. If I tell you that there is something I don't like, you can either change it or I'll thank you for trying. DO NOT start drawing/writing until I say you can, because I don't want you to have wasted effort.

4: WHAT I THINK ABOUT YOU WILL AFFECT WHAT I SAY TO YOU!
If I really like you, I am more likely to say yes. If I am not a fan of you, or if you are known for not being a good person, I am more likely to say no. I will do some research on what you have done as well, if I'm not sure about what to say.

5: DRAWING IS PREFERED! ONLY WRITING IF NECESSARY!
I would much prefer it if you could do at least one or two sketches of the Pokemon idea you have, though I do know that maybe you can't draw that well. If so, let me know ASAP and I will allow you to just do writing so you can get notes down whenever

I will sometimes be holding some contests in the future, when I have less to draw/upload/write for, so you can get a chance to have a design of your own made. With the only types not being accepted being from the "UNACCEPTED TYPES" section, for obvious reasons. Though they will have one type specified already, so they can just be that one type.

NO LEGENDARY/MYTHICAL POKEMON!
I have set guidelines for these, and the only ones missing are ones that I will think about when I have the time.

You can also maybe think of ideas for the Gym Leaders/Elite Four. Like how they'll look, the Type they will be, and what Pokemons they have.

IMPORTANT AND USEFUL CHARACTERS, AND WHERE YOU FIRST MEET THEM:

FRIENDLY CHARACTERS

Rival 1
Jay
One of two rivals you have, he picks the starter strongest against yours, and gets a more well-rounded team.
He helps the Professor out with his research, and is first seen in the Research Lab.

Rival 2
Marie/Adam
The other rival you have, is the opposite-gender to the main character. They also get the Starter that is weak against yours, and ends up with a team that may or may not be good.
They live, like usual, in the house next to yours.

Pokemon Professor
Professor Maple
He is researching the Legendary/Mythical Pokemon of Foxvale, and he wants to work out what their importance to the Foxvale Region really is. You can battle him multiple times throughout, and he has all three Starter Pokemon, though in the last battle you have with him, he has a Legendary that depends on which gender you are AND which game you play.
He is in the intro, first. And then you meet him formally when you reach the Pokemon Research Lab.


RIVAL TEAMS

Team Leader: Rezarata
Lanapon
Are all Team Leaders male? Lanapon proves otherwise! Her main goal is to resurrect all of the Legendary/Mythical Pokemon, no matter what. Though, when teaming up, she wants to prevent the extinction of them all. She is very well-respected around her team, even if her goals can be off slightly.

Team Leader: Finala
Elozus
Another male Team Leader. Yay. His main goal is to remove all Legendary/Mythical Pokemon from existance, though he wants to stop them all from resurrected when you team up with him. He always thinks he knows what is best for someone or something, even if it isn't really.

Team Commander: Rezarata
Ithaep (If-ape)
The trusted Commander to Lanapon, and generally trustworthy. He never really knows what is happening sometimes, though he can tell right from wrong. He only follows what Lanapon tells him to do because he has nothing else to do.
You either fight him and a grunt, or you fight alongside him, at the first City.

Team Commander: Rezarata
Anairl (An-I-rul)
The female Commander of Team Rezarata, she is usually compared to a stalker with how she acts. She doesn't really mean any harm, though. Trust me on that.

Team Commander: Finala
Lesael
The female Commander for Team Finala, mainly only doing what she believes is right. Even if it isn't. She follows Elozus because she belives that he is doing the right thing for the people of Foxvale.
You either battle her and a grunt, or you battle with her, at the first City.

Team Commander: Finala
Ritsiel
Don't dare say his name his girly, he won't talk to you for a Week if you do. Even if he trusts you. He lives life in the moment, only knowing what happens at the now, not knowing what might happen depending on his actions. You can't blame him though, he is the youngest Commander any team has had so far.

Team Scientist: Rezarata
Elluus
While he says he is doing science, can you really believe him? Nobody knows. Especially since he likes to do his stuff away from others, even if they aren't dangerous at all. He doesn't actually know what Lanapon's goals are.
You first meet him at the Team Rezarata base, when he isn't doing something science-based.

Team Scientist: Finala
Otaron
He does the sciency stuff, so Elozus doesn't have to. Finding out exactly what risks something may have and doing random tests to work things out are part of his usual game. Usually.
He is always at the Team Finala base, so you meet him first when you find him there.

Team Grunts: Rezarata
Rezarata Grunt(s)/Rezarata Member
Lesser members of Team Rezarata, either fought commonly, or teamed up with, depending on the Version. As always, they have the lesser Pokemon.
A fight at the first City you visit. You team up with one side, fighting the other.

Team Grunts: Finala
Finala Grunt(s)/Finala Member
Lesser members of Team Finala, either fought commonly, or teamed up with, depending on the Version. As always, they have the lesser Pokemon.

Adrian
He takes training from the school he went to, and now he helps heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon Centers! Duplicates of him, just because there always are.
The Pokemon Center you first visit, most likely in the first Town/City you have to go to.

Pokemart Person
Alyssa
Sells you stuff at any Pokemart you visit. Also at the Department Store there is.
The first Pokemart you visit.

Benjamin
He always gets to the scene too late, not being able to find out what was happening at all, though he tries. Also, he has a few Pokemon, just in-case he has to battle.
He comes shortly after your first Team Rezarata/Team Finala fight.

Which do you guys like the look of most so far?
(The original art for these, especially Embernib, was really bad. Be glad I decided to redraw them to update/improve them. Though if I am convinced, I may find old art and put it up so you can see how bad it used to be XD)

You used to be able to get all previous Starters, all the Legendaries (including most Event ones, not including Sun+Moon because it didn't exist at that time), Eevee and some new Eeveelutions and its original Eeveelutions, and a bunch of badly-named Pokemon. The big, main city had 8 water routes around the outside of it (Routes 10, 19, 18, 17, 14, 21, 20 and 22). You used to first have to get there by airport. As in, there was flying. On planes. And not bird Pokemon.

And there are actual lists of the places you get Legendaries, and which you find there.

Also the map looks really bad and there is no actual Region outline, only the Routes, Cities, Towns, Villages and other places. Victory Road and the Pokemon League are all to the right, like it always is (Apart from in Kanto)

UPDATE:
THE MAP HAS BEEN CREATED!

All previous towns, villages and cities still exist, though none of the mountains do. Apart from Victory Road.

There are now only 19 Routes to wonder around on.

When I get the picture up, and when I am finished with Foxvale, I may work on a Region connecting to it (for similar/same Pokemon, a bit less arting needed), or I could probably let somebody who asks make a Region near/next to it. Or two can be done at the same time.

Or maybe it is an island.

Each Town/City/Village/Victory Road/Pokemon League has a colour that corresponds to its name on the left of the page. Any names you'll want to know will be found there (routes have their number directly on them).

UPDATE:
Came back, and updated the Pokedex section.
There are now slots for Pokemons 1-40, many of which have been named, the rest have types.
There are 100 Pokemon made, I'll have to update the Spreadsheet when I find it.
Each Pokedex group has 20 Pokemon in each, with it going up to 100. The current number of Pokemon I have right now.
All 100 Pokemon have ways you can get them, with quite a few being from the Wild.
All routes have designated Pokemon you can catch there, with levels, and all Legendary Pokemon also have levels and catch locations

Also, a redraw of the Main Characters (done so for Maple, Jay, and Mark, currently).
The Gyms have types, just need Pokemon decided.

The Elite Four and Champion still don't have types.

No characters are made for any of the roles either.

That's all I've updated so far, aside from the story being thought about a bit more.
