Hello! I am looking for someone who would be able to make me a custom design!

What I can offer:
- Up to 250,000 PD
- Up to 76 Nuggets
- A shiny Pikachu (I can do male or female)

Or a mix!

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking to get a Primarina character based on a gummy shark!

I would try to make it myself, but I'm not really the greatest at designing characters, haha.

*Would prefer for it to be hand drawn and not on a base!
