You seem like an interesting trainer. How would you like to help me collect some Pokemon data? You must already have a Pokedex, if I'm not misunderstood? I know. How about I sign you up for the Lapis League in exchange for your assistance? I'll even get an old accuaintance to aid you on your journey. I mean, she has already beaten the league once before, but I'm sure she'll be more that happy to give you tips.
It's up to you, of course. Well, if you do decide that you want to take part in the league please fill in this form. Oh, and may I add before you do, please do not bring any Pokemon as the league requires you to start with a Pokemon registered from my lab. But do, however, choose one of the Pokemon (from the form with this letter) as your starter. The one you choose, will be the one you recieve as your partner.

You put down the, slightly scruffily written, letter and picked up the second sheet of paper that came along with it. It turned out to be the form that the Professor whats-his-name had spoken about in his letter. Although, to be honest, it was kind of hard to tell what he was talking about in the letter at all. This form, on the other hand, was much more read-able, and something struck you. Was this... interest? Did you actually want to go up against another league? You'd already gone up against your own home region's and fought with ease. What could possibly make this one any different?
After some debating with yourself, you decided that you'd try it out. You took a pen and started to fill out the form.

What makes you different from any other trainer?:
The form was much more easier that it first looked. As soon as you had filled it in, you sent it off. And within a few days of waiting, you recieved a pair of tickets. Ferry tickets, to be exact. You were leaving for Lapis in one week's time from now.

This is my first role play. Lapis is my own region which I created and I'm hoping that this role play will help me get to know my own region better (as weird as it sounds) by showing others around it. For this role play, I'm looking for one or two other characters (besides my own) to travel. Of course, my OC will not be taking part in the league, but rather, helping your characters. I'm not sure how much interest this will get. I'll only put up the actual role play if people are wanting to take part.
Rules:
-No using legends on your Pokemon team. If theres one thing I hate about Pokemon, it's when people use ONLY legendary Pokemon. Because of this, there are no legendaries to be, yet, associated with Lapis. Please respect that.
-No OP moves on young Pokemon. For example, if you pick an Elekid as your starter, no thunders please >.< Can we stick with their level up moves and 'pretend' that they level up through out the role play?
-No one is dying, okay?
-Don't complain about my OC's team. Like I said, she's not taking part in the 'League'. She's just helping you around Lapis.
-You may have ONE fakemon. Whether it's a Pokemon evolution line or an evolution of an original Pokemon. But you must supply an image or... something...
-You can have as many shinies as you want. Shiny 'mons don't bother me.
-You may only have one mega on your team.
-Your starter must be a 'baby pokemon'.
-Have fun and enjoy my region ^-^

"Well... This is me. I have this sorta teal colored hair and dark green eyes. I guess I have a slim build - I try to keep as healthy as possible. I'm about 5 foot 3 inches, also, but I don't consider myself short. You'll probably never see it, but I have a four-leaf clover shaped birthmark on my chest. And... I don't know what else to say."
A general outfit they wear: "What do I wear? Well, I'm into shorts and vests, since it's never really cold here in Lapis. But I always take a long coat or a hoodie and some sort of long pants with me, just in case. You'll usually see me wearing some sort of green. I love long socks. I don't like hats. I'm not a fan of dresses either. I'm always wearing my emerald Pokeball necklace - it's so important to me."
Personality: "I'm quiet at first, I never really had any friends and I have no siblings. But I don't mind people. I'm sure I'd be able to open up to someone as soon as I fully trust them. I can be quite stubborn. But I'm usually calm and can also be very competitive if challenged."
Starter: "Since I'm not taking part in the League, I'm bringing my usual team. My starter was an Eevee, who I named Pearl. She then evolved into an eeveeloution which hadn't been seen before. I also have an Arcanine, Luxray, Walrein, Braviary, and an Aggron who can mega-evolve. I like to nickname all my Pokemon."
Five Facts about them: "I love the color green. I love rock, ground and steel types. My favorite foods are pasta, sushi and salad/fruit. Thanks to my father, I can play multiple instruments. My very first Pokemon was actually a Geodude, which I had when I was seven."

Appearance: Tan skin, Slender arms, brown eyes, black hair, and wears brown glasses. (If not detailed enough I'll look for a picture)
Home Region: Unova
A general outfit they wear: Sweats, a t-shirt, glasses, shoes, and socks.
Personality: Usally likes to mess around with his opponents/foes or friends. And gets annoyed if you say somthing wrong to him. Easy going unless its somthing really wrong. Also will try to help his friends in most ways.
Starter: Riolu
Five Facts about them: He likes showing off a special thing about his glasses they can bend 180 degrees (I actually have that.), He's a male (you forgot gender so), He fears mirrors at night, first time ever going on a Pokémon adventure, and hates talking to large groups.
Other: No I don't think I could make fake mons.

I'll probably start the role play either tomorrow once I've finished college, since I finish early tomorrow, or early in the week, depending if there's other interested people or not. I'm trying to find way to add on my map and that but its just not working xD
I'm equally as excited as I am terrified of making this RP. But, let's see how it goes c:

Personality: it depends one day she can be really happy and the next she could be full blown depressed

Other: The role play will play it's self along with the journey so I don't know what fakemon I will use. I can make fakemons though if you want!

"As for my Pokemon, normal types are my favorites. They're only weak to fighting types, but many of them can over come this weakness. This is my team. Unlike the first two gyms, you now have to fight three of my Pokemon."
