Here is the Pixar Theory:

Disney stuff to know
Frozen, Tangled, and Little Mermaid (?) interconnected

Pizza Planet Truck... They managed to get it in EVERY Pixar movie!

Brave: It started when Merida found out about the will of the wisps. They turned her mother into a bear. They were also the reason that brooms and tools acted like humans. The magic was used by a witch, who was seen vanishing whenever she stepped through a wooden door. You should know the witch. She is a pretty famous character from a different movie in the timeline. More on her later...

The Incredibles: Taking place in the 1960's, the technology was extremely advanced. From the AI "Killbots" to Zero-Point Energy. The Zero-Point Energy was also the reason that the toys has human characteristics.

Nothing very useful happened in Toy Story, sorry.

I know I am leaving some stuff out; sorry!

The Buy And Large Connections:

Cars/Cars 2: First, we need to explain the humans/animals war. The machines saved the humans, then thought they weren't needed, so the machines sent all the humans into space on the ship called Axiom, and it was all machines. (Later the animals do come back.) Not much happened in the first one, but in the second, the fuel "Allinol" was used as a cover for BnL to eliminate green fuels. The use of oil and pollution eventually made the earth unsuitable for-and empty of-life...Or not!

WALL-E- when BnL was shown directly- starting in the 1950s, BnL had taken over earth. By this time (700 years after the cars were gone-in 2800) the Earth had been uninhabitable since the cars. BnL had taken over the world governments (starting in the '50s) and WALL-E was the only thing left in a world void of natural resources. He manages to survive because of his interest in human culture and his friend, a cockroach. He is considered "Robot Jesus" because he managed to save the human race. His love interest, Eve, is named accordingly.

Bugs Life: This doesn't have anything to do with BnL, exactly. This movie is post-apocalypse. There are bugs in the movie-namely ants- that can only live for 3 months normally. Yet these ants managed to survive the summer and one of them said he "feels 90 again." This indicates that the ants are stronger through evolution and mutation. Another ant tells Flik not to leave the islands because there are "snakes, birds, and bigger bugs out there." Snakes, birds, and bigger bugs, but not a mention of humans. Yet, there aren't many humans, anyway, except for the kid who allegedly pulled the wings off of the homeless bug.

Monsters U: Centuries after WALL-E, the radiation from BnL caused animals to change into... Well, monsters. They accidentally wiped all humans off the face of the planet. Monsters University was founded in 1313; but that is from the monster calendar, not human. (Monster calendar explanation below). It DID happen nearly 1400 years after Bugs Life. At MU, they falsely taught monsters that humans were toxic. They did this because they were afraid of changing the course of history and being wiped from existence.

Monsters Inc. was, believe it or not, entirely about time travel. The monsters used human screams for energy, but there weren't any humans. So they built doors that brought them back in time to when the humans existed.

Now for Boo.
Believe it or not, BOO IS THE WITCH! Boo never got over Sulley and became obsessed with trying to find him. She remembered the doors were the key to finding Sulley. Later in her life she learned how to time-travel (using the wooden doors) and going back to the time of the will of the wisps and creates magic to find Sulley with wood. Boo leaves two pieces of evidence in Brave: two wooden carvings. One was Sulley, and the other was the Pizza Planet Truck. Those were the two things she loved most in her life. Although she knew how to time travel, she did not know which time period to go to. Therefor, speculation has said that Boo is the person planting the easter eggs because she is the person going through all the time periods.

Boo discovered that wood was a source of energy all along: In Monsters Inc, they used wood for the doors because wood had the energy for time traveling. The wood from A Bugs Life is also the apparent source of Flik's ingenuity. The tree in A Bugs Life bares a resemblance to the one in Up that Carl and Ellie visited often. The tree gave Carl the idea of balloons transporting his house.

Why did Boo turn Queen Elinor into a bear in Brave?: That was Boo's failed attempt at bringing back Sulley. The bear resembles Sulley, somewhat.

How did Flik and Heimlich from A Bugs Life show up in Toy Story 2?: Time travel! Boo attempted to travel into the future and may have landed in the WALL-E era
(2100-2900) and continued traveling, finding the tree in A Bugs Life and taken a few bugs back by mistake.

I defiantly remember reading the one about Frozen Tangled and The Little mermaid. The other stuff is new to me. I love reading about theory's xD Their just fun to tell some one about and see their reaction :3.

At first when I read about the Rapunzel part I was like "No..." Then I watched it, and sure enough she was there xD.

They are all good things to think about if you have time on your hand :3.
