Chapter one
A good day
Patches woke up weak.she got up for a drink of milk but spot was already awake spot was a good calico cat so was patches but they fought sometimes.one day a garden was made patches and spot got along better.."hey spot."patches mews"hello patches how are you."spot meows"I've been good!Have you seen any rouges?"spot mews with a tilting head"No but I found some food for us."spot meows again "murris?"patches mews murris means where in there cat language."down at the river.they seemed mad."spot says"well we have to keep you in shape and not fight we already lost mom and dad."patches meows to spot"yea and we haven't rested in along time."spot says
Along the way to the cave a kitten comes along "mew mew!"it says
"Huh spot do you hear that?"patches says"yea."spot says.
Chapter two
Kitten appears
"Huh?"patches says looking behind her to notice a little silver Tabby
"Aw its super cute!"spot says
"Lets name you Gemma."patches says."mew mew!"Gemma calls"its okay I will help you."patches says
"Patches we aren't old enough either though."spot says"we will find a way to help Gemma."patches meows
"Mew!"Gemma calls"Gemma can barely stand patches."spot says"yes but it is so young and helpless."patches says"but we can't! Patches we are....fine..."spot says
"Mew mew!"Gemma cries"great Gemma is helpless so we have to in a way I'm about to be a mom."patches says
Chapter Three
Shelter
"It's getting dark out we should get shelter patches."spot says"yep and thanks for helping me hold Gemma."patches says"mew!"Gemma cries"she should be able to talk soon."spot says"she should soon but it will be my first time with a kitten and having some soon doesn't help."patches says"ill help if I can."spot says"mew!!"Gemma cries more"where is cave?"patches mews
"It should be down here."spot purrs
"Great!"patches mews "here we are."spot meows "mew!!"Gemma mews"ill get food,patches ill be back."spot mews"okay.ill be helping Gemma she doesn't look healthy."patches dismays"okay patches bye."spot meows leaving.
Chapter Four
First Night
*yawns*"Gemma its getting late and spot hasn't returned you should get sleep."patches says"mew."Gemma replies"im back patches!"spot purrs"spot finally!"patches says
"But debt gulp the food down."spot sniffs "I wont!"patches scowls
"Okay."spot says.It was a cold night and our stomachs were full.*yawns*"I think its time for bed."patches says"yes we need sleep especially you."spot says.."spot im fine."patches mews"okay just making sure."spot meows
Chapter Four
Cats at Dawn
"Patches wake up!"spot meows"im awake."patches meows "mew mew mew!"Gemma mews"time to eat."spot purrs"okay."patches meows
"Mew!"Gemma mews"I got food at 3."spot says"thanks spot."patches says"mew!"Gemma mews"we have some news to."spot mews"what is it?"patches meows"at three I saw eight little kittens!"spot mews"really!!murris?"patches ask
"Follow me."spot says walking out while patches grabs Gemma and goes to patches
Chapter Five
Eight Kittens
"They are not close but they didn't have a mother near so I left."spots says"you shouldn't leave kits behind..or were you seeing if the mother wood come back?"patches mews with Gemma fur getting into her mouth"mew!"Gemma mews"..."patches says nothing l"We are here"spot says looking at eight bundle of kittens"t..they...are cute!!!!"patches says"we can't carry them all at once."spot says"I can roll two and carry one while you can do the same and then we can some back."patches says determined"nice plan patches,lets do it."spot says grabbing a kit and rolling another while patches rolls one.
Chapter Six
Kitten batch
One hour later all the kittens have ate and are asleep."hey spot i need little help.having eight kittens and more coming is going to be really hard..."patches mews"its okay.even though we might not see mom or dad again doesn't mean we wont get through this together..."spot meows back"thanks spot..."patches says"heh don't mention it patches."she mews and picks up Gemma and rolls another and lays with them*"what should we name them?"patches ask"well we already have Gemma and this little orange tabby could be stripes but you name your children."spot meows "c...children of mine...you name Gemma and stripes this munchin is Persia that's two.."patches says
Chapter Seven
Names and Cries
"Cute name."spot says
"Heh thanks..this mitten is snow...and this is drake."patches says
"That's four."spot says
"I'll think of more soon."patches says
"Oh and to take some off of you ill help with food every day."spot mews
"Thanks."patches purrs
"Whaaaa!!!"snow cries
"Shhh its okay."patches mews
"Shah shah?"spot mews which means need help?if you say it twice.
Snow,drake and stripes start to cry
"Shah sho"patches responds which means I'm fine."Shhh you are fine."they both say.snow and stripes calm down but drake doesn't he wants attention."drake shh."patches says giving him a small lick on the cheek then he calms down.
Chapter Eight
Meeting
"Ahem we should rest."spot mews"we should.."patches says going to sleep
Later spot falls asleep.The next hour spot wakes up *step* *step* "whose there!"she growls "this is my territory."the cat meows"oh..."she mews"you may stay but no more."it says"what's your name?"spot meows"shadow is the name,yours?"shadow mews"spot and I also have patches,stripes,snow,drake and Gemma and a few others.."she mews"what a handful"shadow mews"yep but patches is type mother of them."spot says
Chapter Nine
Kittens
"Ahem it should be food time soon.."spot mews"oh you are hungry?"shadow asks"no patches might be she is having a litter soon.."spot replies"oh."shadow meows"mew!"snow wakes up"oh snow."spot says picking snow up"I could get some mice."shadow meows"thanks."spot mews
Shadow walks out and spot sits down later I hear mewing"mew mew!mew mew!""what is that."spot says and patches wakes up"hey spot.""mew mew!""hey patches you have two new kittens!"spot meows
