There's this High School named 'Moonlight Academy'. There is one thing quite notable about that Academy, all the students stay at the same dormitory, 'The Midnight Dormitory', weird, right? Both the Academy and the dormitory have names related to the night. Well, there is a secret to this Academy and its dormitory, the student,um, they have a special class known as 'Mythical Education' . Why, you ask? Because......., the students there are extraordinary, they have partners, not your regular partners, their partners are mythical creatures from various folklores. Dragons, Succubus, Fallen angels, etc. These partners are called their 'CP' or'Counterparts'and their owners are called Masters . Why counterparts you ask? Because the CPs stay at their dorm rooms in card forms with the CP's name, its age which is the sameas its owner, a picture of it are there on it. Those cards have four different attributes which are on the borders of the card, red for fire, blue for water, green for nature like trees, plants, fruits etc, brown for earth like ground, mud, rocks etc. In the dormitory at midnight all the students are summoned in the basement where stands a huge television and a man with a silver mask with evil magician-like red marks on the mask and a black cape appears on the screen with a gray background, the man gives few of them a task and the chosen ones have to go inside the screen once the announcement is over, inside the screen means they are literally sucked inside the screen, a different world which no one knows about is the location where they reach. Once they are in, in order to perform their task, they have to use the cards, as in, toss the cards in the air and say 'CP change!', then the one who said the spell's body becomes blurry with the colour of the attribute from which their CP is and they tranform into their CP. So that's why they are called Counterparts. When they are in their room with their Master, the CPs can be turned into miniature versions of them by holding their card and flip it around while saying 'Mini-CP go!', these mini-CPs can talk.The students have to bring their card to school for Mythical Education.And it is even said that the CPs resemble their owner's personality, but that's just a rumour. So why am o i telling you all this? Because, of course, you're also a student here, right? Now get going, adventures are waiting for you..............

Hanoki is walking to school while relaxing and reading a book. He gets to school and goes into the classroom and just goes to one of the desks in the back and sits down reading his book more while he relaxes.

Shuji entered the class and sat on the seat beside Hanoki which was not very far from Oribia nor from Rena, Rena buried herself into a book, not noticing she was holding it upside down as she was busy thinking if she should start a conversation with Hanoki or jot
