(Fire kingdom, but some others are in the water kingdom. A water elemental cant step in the fire kingdom, or they burn up, but their in the balloon.)

Ellie opened the 'door' to the balloon. "Come in!" She said, sitting down. She made her friend special shoes, so she could live in the water kingdom.

Ellie closed the door, and flew back to the Water Kingdom. "I made you some shoes in my spare time. Sorry about all the water pokemon in here." She smiled. "Here!" She handed the shoes to her friend.

When the balloon landed near Ellie's house, she put tiny water-booties on the Vulpix. "So you can explore."
Ellie took her friend's hand, and raced into her house.
