When Jeff saw the next Pokemon that Lorelei sent, he knew it was a
Lapras, Jeff then told Hitmonchan to use Mach Punch, in which it
did half the damage, and soon afterwards Lorelei's Lapras used Body
Slam in which it did some damage. "Uh oh", Jeff said then he told
his Hitmonchan to use Mach Punch again and it did a lot more damage
than the first time in which Lapras fainted. Lorelei sent out her
last Pokemon a Cloyster, Jeff thinks carefully about the next move
and then Jeff told his Hitmonchan to use Thunderpunch and with all
of its might Hitmonchan used the move and did so much damage on the
Cloyster that it fainted. Jeff won the first battle against Elite
Four's Lorelei, "Congrats Jeff, now you must head off to your next
challenger", Lorelei said then Jeff responded, "Thank you", Jeff
exited the ice room and headed to the next challenger.
Luna glanced at Alana, but quickly turned back to finish her
basil-mint chocolate chip Pokepuff. Her Lurantis chopped some
berries to garnish their Sweet Pokepuff for Furfrou. When the clock
finished, Luna dropped her towel, and stared at her Pokepuffs.
Alana nodded and gave her friend a thumbs up, grinning.
Meowstic did the same as Alana, except with her facial expression,
she looked dead serious. It suddenly shifted and Meowstic was
smiling.
Noivern and Lucario smiled as well.
Jeff walked to the second doorway where another trainer of the
Elite Four was awaiting, then Jeff messaged the other trainers
including Alana, Luna and the others, "About to face the second
member of the Elite Four, wish me luck!", then Jeff sent the
message then he said, "Here we go!", and Jeff entered the second
area where the second member of the Elite Four introduced himself,
"The name's Bruno, welcome to your next challenge".
When the round was over, the judges fanilly decided their pick. In
a split second, the screen showed the name "Luna" in big bold
letters. Luna smiled so wide, that her mouth started to hurt.
However, her smile started to fade when she saw all of the said
failed competitors as she went back in her dressing room for the
final round, the freestyle round.
Good luck! Alana responded to the text, quickly putting her
phone away and returning to watching the performance.
Her three Pokémon watched on in delight, excited to be watching a
performance live.
It was fanilly time. Luna rose to the stage, and watched as
people in person, or watching TV stared at her, her Granbull, her
Lurantis, and her Lilligant. She started her routine. By 10 seconds
in, Luna was having a lot of fun, and smiled ad winked to the
audience and camera. By the finish, she put her hands up and smiled
to the clapping crowd.
Jeff was ready to face Bruno, so Jeff sent out his Blastoise while
Bruno sent out his Onix, "I'm excited to face you Jeff, show me
what you got", Bruno said and Jeff responded, "I'm ready to bring
everything onto the battle field", so Jeff told his Blastoise to
use Surf and soon enough Bruno's Onix fainted, Bruno was stunned
then he sent out his second Onix, "If one ain't bad, then I see the
second Onix", Jeff said in shock. Bruno's Onix used Rock Tomb while
Jeff's Blastoise got hit slightly but remained on his feet.
Luna waited in excitement for the other routines to end. She got
quite nervous at the other routines, noticing how good they looked.
By the end, the host and his Klefki came back onto the stage. "Now,
will you please shine your glow sticks to determine the winner!"
The host announced, the last performer and her Castform walking off
the stage happily.
Alana glanced at her glowstivk and clicked a button. It lit up, and
she smiled, changing the color to the one she enjoyed. Her Pokémon
watched the glow stick in awe.
Luna looked up for all of the orange glow sticks. She didn't want
to see her bar, but kept her fingers crossed. This was her last
chance to win, and get to the master class. When the clicking noise
of votes stopped, the host looked up, and smiled. "And the winner
is...." he said, Luna full of anticipation.
Alana crossed her fingers tightly, turning them white.
Meowstic stared at the host intensely.
Lucario flicked his ears.
Noivern stared at the performers Pokémon.
The announcer held up the princess key. "LUNA!" He said, Luna's
vote bar shining. Luna gasped as she was given the precious
princess key. "We are existed to have you on the master class in a
week!" He said. Each of Luna's pokemon held up a princess key as
the crowd went wild.
(Urgh..... I think I might have to go. I'll definetley join the
Johto sequel though. See you then!)
Chris spotted Cynthia. "Cynthia time to go." He said. Cynthia gaped
at him but followed. Her pokemon were back in their Pokeballs and
she gave an akward wave to the stage to Luna before being dragged
away by Chris. Cynthia walked out and onto the bus while Chris took
a look back to the audience to Alana. He smiled and shook his head.
He wasn't sure about what he felt about her yet. It was probably
good though. He followed Cynthia out the door onto the bus back to
Unova. "Until Johto.." Chris said quietly to himself.
Alana clapped happily for Luna, but it faltered halfway until she
spotted Cynthia and Chris boarding the bus. She tore outside and
held up one hand, waving.
"BYE!" She shouted after them.
Jeff had to think carefully of the next move, so Jeff's Blastoise
used Surf once again and this time around Bruno's second Onix
fainted. Bruno now sent out his Machamp while Jeff switched his
Blastoise and soon Jeff's Pidgeot came into the battle, "This will
be interesting", Jeff said. Bruno's Machamp used Sesmic Toss while
Jeff's Pidgeot dodged the attack and used Wing Attack which did
some super effective damage on the Machamp. "You can do it
Pidgeot", Jeff said.
(We should definitely make some kind of sequel once we finish this
one :3)
Alana slowly walked over to Luna. Her eyes brightened happily. "
you did it!" She exclaimed, hugging her and then returning all of
her Pokémon who'd chased after her when she left. Except Meowstic,
of course.
She glanced at Luna again. "Cynthia and Chris just left to go back
to Unova." She said flatly. Her voice edged a bit, but she smiled.
