I was curious so on the home page of my sun and moon I clicked Mystery Gift > then searched wireless for a gift > Munchlax and a Z Stone for Snorlax was found and obtained.

Also, older news for some about the Demo

Ash Greninja from Ash and other goodies are obtainable from the Sun and Moon Demo, even if you got the games I suggest getting the freebies from the Demo.

Can't really use Ash-Greninja until after you finish the 2nd grand trial

Title: FAQ #1

How to Acquire Poké Beans to feed your Pokémon?

Show hidden content
acquiring those Poké Beans is incredibly easy. They’re giving them away. The coffee shop at each Pokémon Center will give you some after you get something to drink, as well as reward you with Rare Candies for reaching certain Poké Bean feeding plateaus. This is very much appreciated, what with Rockruff and Fomantis evolutions only happening during certain times of the day. You’ll also get them automatically each day after Charizard is registered as a ride Pokémon and Poké Pelago is open.

Title: March 2017 (Related News to Sun & Moon)

Nintendo Switch > New Console 2017 > Possible Pokemon Sun & Moon 3rd Game, Pokemon Stars

Show hidden content
The Nintendo Switch, known in development as the NX, is an upcoming hybrid video game console developed by Nintendo, and the company's seventh major home console. Officially unveiled in October 2016, it is currently scheduled for release worldwide in March 2017.

The Switch's main unit is shaped like a tablet, featuring two detachable controllers on either side called Joy-Cons, which can be used individually or attached to a grip to provide a traditional gamepad form. The main unit is connected to a television display through a docking station, from which it can removed and used as a portable console. Despite this characteristic, Nintendo markets the Switch primarily as a home console rather than as a portable. The Switch uses flash ROM cartridges rather than optical discs, similar to the Nintendo 3DS.
