"I didn't mean to startle you, sorry. I was just making conversation." he spoke, ignoring the fact the pokemon said 'hi' twice. His piercing blue eyes were staring at Albie. Getting uncomfortable in the position he was in he stood up, looming over her. "How's you day been?" asked William. He wanted to let Albie know he didn't mean her any harm, but how? If he said it out loud, he wasn't sure she would believe him. He wouldn't believe himself either, his massive scar on his face. His missing horn, and stubbed tail. It was clear to other pokemon he had been in many fights. And they tended to stay away from him, in fear of their own safety.

"okay," albie answered with much less hesitation in her voice than there had been before. though the houndoom's appearance was still quite menacing, she had always been quick to trust others and take them at face value, which was possibly her biggest flaw. she batted the quickly-forgotten oran berry away to the side and sat on her haunches, facing william.

"my day's good, is yours? did you do somethin' fun today? do you like oran berries? di-" the zigzagoon suddenly cut off, and a look of stark embarrassment swept over her face like a tidal wave. she remembered what her brother always told her: 'give other people room to speak, al! he would scold her, time and time again. 'you can't just say everything all at once!'

Splash flicked his tail. "Well, I'm off," he commented, dipping his head below the water and paddling off so only the horn atop his head was visible. He kept swimming until he felt something poke him. He sprang out of the water in surprise and saw a female Volcarona staring at him. He blinked in total confusion, raising onto his hind paws.

"Uh, hi," he commented, waving one of his front paws before dropping back down. "Hello, uh..." Her voice trailed off, trying to guess his name. "Bubble? Spike? Splash? Hmm-" She was cut off by the Vaporeon's flicking of his tail, causing splashes. "Yes, Splash is my name. How about you? Solaris? Eclipse?" She shook her head. "No, I'm Hiss. I get my name from my personality as a young Larvesta."

There's nothing more beautiful than the rain.

the embarrassment was washed away by relief just as fast as it had overcome the zigzagoon. he must not have noticed, she thought. it didn't occur to albie that maybe not everyone was bothered by her like her brother always seemed to be. a grin blossomed on albie's face to reveal a single small, pointed tooth in the left corner of her mouth.

"i'm albie," she told william happily, emphasizing her name. "it's nice to meet you, will."

Kyle got out the water causing lots of puddles to form. He sniffed the air. Oran and Chesto berries were nearby. Putting his nose to the ground like a dog he was off on the pursuit of filling his stomach.

"Likewise Albie." William replied. I'll have to go quite soon, but I might as well continue talking with her for a tiny bit more.. "Do you live here in this forest?" he asked. He didn't live here in the forest, he was quite far from his home. I probably shouldn't bring up chasing an Espeon.. I don't want to scare her off.. I thought. She's the only friend I've made in a long while..

Kyle heard a slashing noise and then his back ached in pain. A super effective attack got him! Sniffing, he recognized the smell. "Sce...scepti...sceptile?"

Egolum was walikng through the forest,after his daily training as he always used to do,as he looked at the sky,checking the stars,he felt they were shining brighter than yesterday,illuminating what otherwise could be the void people called "night",but still,they werent as bright as the moon,the biggest light in the sky.After that,he decided to check his arm,and flexed it...
"This is not enough"He said to himself "I must be as strong as a Machoke,I cannot let people see me like this,i must train more...",he said,but then again,he needed to eat some berries,He hadn't eat anything since he started training!
Knowing where the oran Berries were,he went near the lake,but he saw something...
It was a Samurott being attacked by a sceptile,and looking at the expression of the Samurott,it was an surprise attack...
Attacking a pokemon weak to you by surprise?Now That's going low...
Without thinking,he attacked the Sceptile using Iron Tail

Kyle heard a pokemon come to his defense and hewheward an attack. Jumping in the way he took the blow to his back causing him to wince. "You...can't....I....can't...back...down...and give...up on my...dream." He stuttered.
He knew he had to win alone even in a bad match up if he wanted to beat each legendary.

Rudely awakened from his failed attempt to sleep yet again, the Audino grumpily jumped out from the dense trees. "What are you mutterin' about? You obviously can't fight in that state." Mallory hissed, glaring at the three for no apparent reason whatsoever. "C'mere, if you lose then i'll kill you. Don't think i'll do this again for you." He snapped, his glowing paws close to the Samurott, beginning to heal him. (Heal Pulse)

"So, like, it happened again?" Alpha asked, talking to a member of the hoard of Pidgeys. "Nuh-uh! I swear if I see him i'll-" The small bird angrily started spouting gibberish as she flew off to find the Litten. Tiring out easily, she first sought out her friend Rune to give her a ride. "Off to 'declare war' again?" The Phanpy chuckled. "Well duh! He's bullying my fam!" She stated, much to the elder female's amusement. "He won't be happy if he finds you fainted." Rune reminded her avian friend.

Kyle brought out his two shell swords and soon he and Sceptile were engaged in battle. Leaf Blade vs X-Scissor.
"You are better than last time." Sceptile chuckled.
Kyle nodded in approval and stuttered "Finishing....move...ice...x..scissor."
Using ice beam on his swords, he flinched as the ice spread to hands and then he started to attack with a new gusto.

Just when Egolum was using his Iron Tail attack,he fell an impact,as his attack landed succesfully...
On the Samurott he was supossed to defend.
What had he done?!He not only attacked the wrong pokemon,but he also worsened the situation!How he could be that stupid?!He thought he aimed right...
"D-dude!I'm sorry!I didn't meant to..."Egolum stopped once he saw the Audino,and decided to just see the battle from afar,after all,he didn't want to screw up again...

"A ice x-scissor! Impossible!" Sceptile shouted and in his surprise he forgot he left his underbelly exposed.
Kyle made two slashes and Sceptile fell over grunting. Sceptile tried to get up and tripped once again.
"Dang it..." Sceptile muttered before jumping into the trees.

Egolum saw amazed the Samurott used such attack,an Ice type X-Scissor...
How was that even possible?That Samurott must be a really strong one!It seems he didn't need help after all,he only was an annoyance
"Wow,dude,that was awesome!!"Egolum said to the Samurott as he approached,but then he turned his face into a sadder one,and said with regret in his voice "...I'm sorry i hitted you with my Iron Tail,i didn't mean to..."As he was looking at the ground...

He loved being around people but he didn't like talking. he could listen to everyone for hours with out once feeling the need to speak. That is why he loved the forest. It spoke to all who listened.

Egolum expression changed to a surprised one as he heard Kyle,and said in a confused manner "You taked it on purpose?!W-why?",but then,once Kyle presented himself,The young Gabite felt like ifhe needed to do the same,and so,with a reverence,he said "I'm Egolum,by the way,a pleasure..."

"I...I took...the iron...tail...because...I..needed...to beat...Sceptile...on my...own." Kyle stuttered. How could he explain that it was his dream to beat each legendary pokemon in battle, especially when he was blind. He hoped against all hope and any good luck he had that he'd not have to say more.
