Zapper went to Pallet Town. Someone attacked a Pikachu. He saved the Pikachu and zapped Pallet Town to submission.

Stormy was following the Raikou around. She reassured the injured Pikachu, "Don't worry, we'll help you." The Manectric scanned the area for any other Electric-types in distress. She spotted a Plusle and Minun huddling behind a bush to get away from a menacing Ursaring in a nearby route. "Over there!", she exclaimed.

Raikou's roar scared Ursaring off.

"I raided Pallet. We need to build new forces for the assault on Pewter City."

Plusle and Minun decided to join the Electric Riot, with the earlier Pikachu joining too.

(fun fact: stormy's name and color is a reference to this character's villain form)

"Pewter City is along that route.", the Plusle and Minun were speaking in perfect sync. "Follow us!", they advised, scattering down the path. Stormy tagged along at their pace. The two rabbit-like Electric-types chattered about the riot along the way.

"Calling all available Pokemon of the Electric type! RIOT!"

A army of the Electric Type, led by an Electrode, appeared.

"We will march to Pewter City! And attack it!"

Stormy smirked and welcomed the other Electric-types into the group. Pewter City was clear in sight. "Almost there.", she murmured. First, she checked for any Electric-types in trouble.

Raikou destroyed the Poke Mart. He captured the leader of that Poke Mart. He moved on to Brock.

"Brock. Leader of the Pewter City."

He suddenly broke a Mega Volt upon Brock, killing him.

"Fight us if you dare! The Electric Revolution engulfed the first Gym City!"

Stormy noticed the dead Brock. Strange, I thought this was just a big battle for the Electric-types, not killing people for whatever reason. she pondered. She shrugged it off and continued to follow the leader.
