Pokemon Survival Camp
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Pokémon RP → Pokemon Survival CampHow the survival camp works: You sign up to be in a survival camp, which is a camp where Pokemon 18 and younger learn how to survive in the wild. There is a main instructor, and a co-instructor, which happen to be a pikachu and a pichu (the pichu is his son). there are some guards: most of which are fairy types because the Pokemon that tend to make mischief are fighting, dark, and dragon types. there is a huge tent for each separate Pokemon type. The instructor and CO instructor have their own, smaller tent. There is a small Pokemon center that is completely run by the Chansey evolution line
Rules:
-no godmodding
-no swearing
-no 'sues
-your posts MUST be more than a sentence
-this camp has a curfew: you can't leave the campsite after 10 pm and you can't leave the campsite before 4 am, UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY.
-there is a strike system: 1 strike = warning. 2 strikes = you can't participate in the things the instructor let's you do that are more fun. 3 strikes = kicked out of the camp.

Chase woke up to the sun pouring in his open window. He stretched, ruffling the blanket on his bed. He glanced around his bedroom when he caught a glance of his calendar. oh crap! how did i forget? it's the first day of Pokemon Summer Camp! He leaped off his bed swiftly and looked around for things he should pack. He grabbed his messenger bag and a few other things, fitting them all in the bag. He left his rather messy room, forgetting to shut the window, and flew down the stairs excitedly, face planting at the bottom because he tripped over the messenger bag that he was gripping with his teeth. that's when his mom, who was in the kitchen, noticed that he was awake. "Oh goodness. You seem excited." she said. "Don't you remember? I'm going to survival camp today!" His mom paused. "O-oh, i thought that was a week from now....well, see you after summer is over." She said, downright moody now. She trotted over to him. "Have a good time. See you soon." "I will!" He said, trotting out the door. "*sigh*.....Children grow up so fast." She said quietly, before returning to preparing her breakfast.
Chase was sure he know the way to camp. He just had to get there before it became hot outside. He hated the blasting heat of the middle of a day in summer. It was already 9:00 am. He had a blue watch that fit around his front left leg just fine. It was kind of hard to notice. camp should be fun. hopefully there will be lots of pokemon there. he thought. He started trying to think of pranks he could pull on annoying pokemon. he trotted through the city, along the sidewalk of the bustling streets of the huge city he lived in. The thing is, he wasn't sure if any of his friends were coming because their parents would have thought this was to dangerous. After all, he had bribed his mom to let him go, because he thought all of his friends were going.
----------------------
That's when Chase remembered that he forgot his blue hoodie. to bad, he was already more than half way to camp, and, if he turned back, he would have to trot along to the camp in the heat that felt like the earth was melting, to him anyways, especially around his fur-coated neck. He was already starting to sweat. ugh, i hope they have a lake or something to swim in there, otherwise i'm gonna melt. on the bright side, he dashed past some pokemon that might be going there, and might be good friends.
Splashy nervously shifted in the water, making sure she didn't go too close to the other Water-Types swimming around. Her fin was protruding slightly from the lake's surface, but fortunately no others went near her, too focused on socializing and playing with their own friends. She'd arrived fairly early in the morning, as to avoid being around a large crowd (she found that she was awfully socially awkward) and had been staying put in the lake for the longest time.
She found that she could be bothered to learn more about the wild and surviving in it, having been fairly nomadic for almost as long as she could remember. She found it harder and harder to travel, as the direction she had been heading in had only gotten more and more treacherous as it passed. Survival skills would be useful.
Who knows, she could even make some friends. The few friends she did have were so kind, supporting her then and now, conversing through letters. Splashy would always send a letter every time she visited a new place - telling them where she was, where she would be going (and when), and then speaking all about her travels. Perhaps it would do her good to open up some more to other Pokémon.
((Ahhh, such a long post. Whoops?))
