The arcues' eyes glowed a unsettling red color. it rapidly used judgement on all the pokemon. anime logic x3

(I would make a joke and turn into Hoopa Unbound right now, but didly darn, comparing Darkrais and Hoopa base stats, Hoopa is better than Darkrai)
