Ya know what? Someone really needs to make an app or pc game or something, that lets you create your own pokemon game with ease. You could use a bunch of tools and stuff to easily make your pokemon dream

Eh, I mean- you could always learn how to code and make a better-than-a-pokemon-ripoff with something like Gamemaker: Studio or RPG Maker.
I'd also hate for the internet to be flooded with badly made clones. I'd say that the current tools are way more than enough.

Kinda like Mario Maker? Um, no. Like Hatoko said, just learn how to code and make a whole new game out of a gamemaker.

Not to mention Nintendo would probably sue whoever made the program, if their actions on YouTube are any kind of indicator.

And there technically is a Program to make your own Pokemon Games. You can basically download a Generation 3 ROM, download softwares like A-Map, G3T and stuff, and change the game to make it your own.
