Am i the only one who has wondered, WHY IS EVERGRAND CITY CONSIDERED A CITY? No Really?

No I've always wondered that, but then again why are the starting towns even towns when there's one lab and two to three houses in most beginning towns. Like pallet, little root, and the older version of NewBark.

well yeah but Evergrand City is just literally a pokemon center and called a city. All starting towns are at least 3 times as big and just called towns.

It's possible that it could've once been a big city, hence "Evergrande", but was majorly replaced by the victory road and Pokemon League.
