Ember quietly looked at the sky, humming her song under her breath.
As soon as possible, Zariya had rushed back to her apartment. She was in the middle of slipping a shirt on when Adriana entered.
"Zariya, are you okay? I saw you run past..." she says.
Zariya nodded. "Now I am." Her voice had taken on a deeper level.
Adriana's eyebrows rose, then she remembered. "Should we introduce you as Zakaria to the others as well?"
He nods. "Please. Just so they understand." He reluctantly takes his sister's hand as they leave the apartment, searching for the others.

Ember hops up and wanders around, scaring small bugs out of the grass while giggling.
Zakaria ends up taking the lead, his dark eyes searching and wary. He was slowly closing in on himself, and he felt vulnerable without his jacket. "I can't believe I forgot it on the chair," he grumbles.
Adriana rolled her eyes. "I'm surprised, you nearly always wear it." She watches for anyone else as well.
