Half fur listened to the old tomcat with determination. Excited to hear of the news. Half fur loved water especially in the hot days.

Speckle pelt sat attentivly thinking about the river near the mountain. Wondering if he should go with the group. To him though hed only slow them down.

"White Rose. I want you to be more than prepare before you leave tomorrow. So be smart with the time remaining" Stone Teller rasped.

White Rose nodded at her brother's word, "Okay. Autumn Leaf and Pure Heart. We will check out the path that has be shown to us. And how we will travel I'll take up the front with Pure Heart while Autumn Leaf and Shine Hill take up the rear. And the smallest and youngest will be in between" White Rose called out.

"Follow the stream, huh?", Autumnleaf grumbled. "Well, as long as we don't have to swim, I'm okay with that."
Listening to White Roses words, she nodded. "I'll take care, that no one is leaving behind!", the tigered Maine Coon promised.

Looking at whiteRose and the pack that was leaving Speckled pelt decided to go. He walks up to whiteRose." I wish to go with you."

White Rose nodding at the encouragement, She turned her head to face Speckle Pelt. "Are you sure? I mean I don't wanna push you to hard" She meowed, a bit worried. "If that is your choice then you are welcome to join us to seek the safest path."

Smiles at WhiteRose for her worry." Thank you for your worry but im a strong cat plus i can be of help to the kits." Speckle pelt stood as tall as he could and proud.

"Okay Let's go" she meow. "For the rest of you please don't push yourselves you need your strength when we leave" She said. As she walked to the entrance.

AutumnLeaf leaped after her. "White Rose, wait!", she called out, stepping at her side. "About earlier... I can talk with Stone Teller, maybe I can search for herbs that'll be useful for the journey? I wanted to hunt again anyway.", she explained.

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry I forgot. Yes you can." White rose nodded, "Don't forget the about the crow" She said smiling.

"Sure, thanks! I hope, he'll take it, though... He looks ill, maybe a bit of help eases his soul. See you later, then!", she answered. With a wave of her tail, she hurried to pick up the crow, following Stone Teller. "Ffftone Teller!", she called out for him, with her mouth full of feathers.

"Oh, Autumn Leaf that is you" He rasped. He had already settle him self in his nest of his cave. His small pool had been overflowing into a small crack in the floor.

AutumnLeaf carefully layed down the crow in front of him.
With a bow of her head, she meowed: "I don't want to bother you, I just caught this crow earlier and thought to share it with you. You... look kind of worn-out, especially now with everything going on... I know you're worried, but we'll make it, I'm sure of that! White Rose is a wonderful leader."
With a shy smile, she continued: "Furthermore, I wanted to ask you, if there are any useful herbs I can look out for, while hunting. Maybe some good for traveling... something for Speckle Pelts paw would come in handy too, the wound doesn't look too well. Though I can't really tell, I'm not good at medicine-stuff..."
She bashfully looked at the ground, curling her long tail around her body.

"Everyone can learn medicine easily. First you should always know the scent of your herbs. Here are the sickness you should know about Greencough: severe chest infection, which can be fatal in elders and young kits, Whitecough: mild chest infection." He said. He took a small bit of the crow. "These are the Herbs Alder Bark: Bark from an alder tree is good for healing toothaches, Blackberry Leaves: This herb is good for bee stings, Borage Leaves: This herb is used to treat fevers. It also helps nursing queens bring up their milk supply,Burdock Root:This herb is used to treat infections, and is especially good for rat bites.

Catmint (also called catnip): This herb is good for treating whitecough and greencough.

Celandine: This herb is used to ease pain. It can also be used to treat injuries of the eyes.

Chamomile: This herb is used to calm a cat in the case of a nervous breakdown or severe shock.

Chervile: This herb is used to treat bellyache.

Chervile Root: This herb is used to keep away and treat infections.

Chickweed: This herb can be used as another treatment for greencough.

Coltsfoot: This herb can be used as another treatment for whitecough. It can also be used to ease a sick cat's breathing.

AutumnLeafs head buzzed, full of the mentioned herbs. Repeating them in mind, she sighed. "Catnip, Chamomile, Chickweed... those are fresh leafs we need...", she murmured. "What about the roots? Can we use those for traveling? I know that Chervile grows here in the mountains too... maybe I can dig out some of them? But many of those plants don't grow at this height.", she stated with a sad look.
"It's too cold here..."

"Hmm. I think you can bring the seeds with you and plant them where you are going to live" He said. "I think there is 12 of them that don't grow here. All herbs can be planted down in the valley." He replied as he recall the training he had gotten. "There might be two that can't go down there"

"A-are you sure about that?", the Maine Coon asked unsettled.
"You might need them until Freshleaf and many of them don't grow here... We follow the stream, which means we'll reach a forest sooner or later. I know, that many herbs grow there, so it shouldn't be a problem! We just need a few herbs until then."
She nodded resolutely, partly to convince herself.

"Good, since you are under mt training methods, you must name the herbs that heal sickness and name the sickness along with" he order. He bent down to finish his crow. "And when you are down bring me one herb in each stock" he said while pointing his tail at his shop of herbs.

AutumnLeaf gulped. Taking a deep breath, she repeated the memorized herbs:
"Uhm... the deseases are greencough and whitecough, greencough is the worse/more dangerous one. Catmint is good against both, but as far as I know, it's pretty rare... Chickweed works on greencough and coltsfoot on whitecough. Lavender works on cough and fevers too!" She stopped, thinking. Carefully, she asked: "Errrr... bellyaches and infections don't count as diseases, do they? Infections can be treated with several herbs like burdock root, I've seen that."
Curiously, she stepped to the pile of herbs. Sniffing warily at them, she took one of each, arranging them in front of Stone Teller.
"To be honest, I've never seen some of them before...", she confessed, feeling a bit embarassed.

"That is fine. Yes infections count as diseases. It's fine that you don't know a lot of medical values. Memorized the features of these herbs, some herbs have sistering features, but you will know by it's scent " he said.
