Introduction
So basically After the great battle of the Jinchurikis. A clan had risen. They are know as the Mind Clan. They basically based their jutsu on our their brain works and how they can use the power of their brain. But realiing how dangerous it could be, if a bad person got their hands on the secret jutsu, it would mean the end. So breaking up into groups they head and that cause many issues between the Villages.
So the Mind clan were hunted by each Village in til there was non left. Each village had stopped hunting them and the alliance continued and each village had one Mind clan member.

9. If an character from Naruto is dead in the show. You may not use the character.

13. If you are talking to someone please use *Mary Sue* to let the other person know that you are talking to them.

Personality: She's kind and shy, usually clumsy, but she is very smart.
History: She's lived in the village since birth, and came from a very eeer... different clan. Their kekkei genkai is one where they have is they sprout black wings and may fly till there chakra runs out. She uses her main justu more often, which is a mind control justu. She will sing, putting you in a trance. Whatever she thinks, you must do. So, this is where the "Songbird" came in. But the blind is different. She isn't blind, but no one knows that. She can see through the bandages, and her reason for them is her eyes. They're yellow with 'x's for pupils and irises. She gets embarrassed and flustered easily, so only close friends know of it.
