I am newbie in the game and still has some things that are not released, so I think it is not yet available the option of crossing, If it exists I apologize for this unnecessary,but if it does not exist that propose to create would be a beautiful attractive, the proposal is: an option to cross either in the laboratory or independent , she would fail with 50% chance, the new egg would be used in accordance with the pokemons.

I don't support. This was already suggested previously (I'll edit this post with a link when I find it again), and it was decided that it would be way too difficult. Remember; people have to actually MAKE the sprites, and given the small number of spriters PH has at the moment, this would be WAY too much work.
Edit: I found it!
