A Bowsertoise event with a new event pokemon that starts out as squirtlejr. , ludtortle , an finally bowsertoise!

1. What purpose would this event have?
2. What kind of storyline would this event have?
3. How would this event tie into the lore of Emera Town?
I'm sorry, but you can't just throw three names out their and ask for them to become events; please do explain in better detail.

Okay so, princess smuchum was kidnapped by bowsertoise and you must team up with sir haxorus and save the princess. To activate a boss you must collect activity points. Also, the three bosses are: squirtlejr. , ludtortle , and bowsertoise. Plus it ties to the legend of the fire breathing water type.
