Darren shook his head as he closed the car door and locked it. "Nah, the people here are mostly quiet, and the ones that aren't get kicked out quickly. I don't mind people if they don't mind me." He explained, finding his keys in his pocket. "Just up the stairs to the left, door number 9." He began to quickly climb the stairs and look for his door.

As both Melody and Phantom began climbing the stairs to Darren's apartment, Melody watched Rose as she walked in front of her. What was Melody going to do with her? She'd promised to take Rose with her when she left but what about after that? Would she take her home? Would she release her into the city? Rose had learned how to talk now so she was obviously growing. Melody continued to ponder this subject as she and Phantom reached the floor of Darren's apartment.

[I understand, Sav~ Sorry the RP wasn't working for ya]

Darren fumbled his keys around as he spotted his door on the far side of the platform. He slid the keys in and turned, the door making a clicking sound before opening slightly. Pushing the door open all the way, Darren was greeted by a fireball firing past his head. "Christ, Cherry!" He exclaimed, holding his chest. "What was that for?!?"

Cherry grunted angrily as she bounded towards Darren, biting his leg lightly and growling.

Cherry glanced at Rose, her expression changing. She unhitched from Darren's leg and sat down calmly, cocking her head at Rose. "A new one?" She questioned in a soft voice. Most other Beings that Cherry had seen in her lifetime around Darren were dead within seconds, so she was very confused at the moment.

"Melody wanted them." Darren grunted, sitting down on his sofa to inspect his leg gingerly.

Melody stepped into the room with a warm grin. "Hey Cherry!" She knelt down and gave Cherry a hug. "I hope you don't mind but I managed to convince Darren to spare a few beings. But rest assured that they'll be leaving with me when I finally decide I've spent enough time here tonight," Melody stood up after hugging Cherry for a minute, walking toward Darren she asked him "Are you ok? You're not bleeding are you?"

Phantom peered into the room. This female seemed to know the being before her. Phantom assumed that the female and male must have known each other for a while since they seemed so friendly toward each other.

Cherry padded over to Rose and sniffed her face curiously for a moment.. "I do not think I will mind, she seems to be alright." She exclaimed, becoming excited with the idea of another Being that wasn't to be slaughtered by her companion.

"Nah, she didn't use all her strength, thank god. Thanks." Darren chuckled, covering the bite marks back up. "Glad she doesn't want to burn that little critter of yours.

"Are you sure you don't want some ice or something?" Melody asked, concerned about Darren. Melody was always the type to worry too much she wanted to help in any way she could. And Melody was glad that Cherry was ok with the other beings being here since Melody was actually planning to take Rose and Phantom home with her. But only if they wanted to come though; they had minds of their own of course and Melody couldn't force them to do anything. Melody had just realize how lost in thought she'd gotten, then she'd snapped back to reality. She once again focused on what was happening and looked over to see that Phantom was apparently on the ceiling now.

It was true, Phantom had indeed gone into the shadows and was now upon the ceiling. Her excuse was that the doorway was too crowded for her to fit through so she just decided to slip by from within the darkness. She thought this was perfectly normal.

"I'm fine, really." Darren insisted, hating for anyone to worry for him. "It's not the first time that's happened, I can take it." He took a glance at Cherry and observed her behavior carefully. Cherry hadn't really met any other Beings that Darren hadn't killed moments after her meeting them.
