Sol
The Larvesta was tired. He realized that the last time he slept was days ago. He recently had been threatened by a family of Magikarp and Gyarados, and now here he was, trapped in the woods with no food and no shelter. He shivered. "Why did it have to be me?" he asked wistfully. He wanted to be home, with his old friends and family. Yet, he was stuck here, alone.

Flower was sitting at the edge of a river. She looked into the water and saw her reflection. Her brown fur was barely visible in the rippling water in front of her. She then poked her paw at the water, and caused a small splash.

Ashei and Trick
The two friends dashed through the woods. They had made a male Ninetales very angry by "accidentally" attacking him. Trick laughed and made himself look like a Pidgey. "Have fun!" the disguised Zorua taunted, attempting to fly off but failing. "Dang it," he muttered. Ashei laughed. The grey and pastel Amaura finally could beat her friend in something. While Trick was regaining his balance, she sped off, faster.
Egan
Egan growled, remembering the Amaura and Zorua who had disturbed his nap. The Ninetales was slightly injured, and he was angry. "Get back here!" he roared, using Flamethrower into the air. Luckily, it barely missed a tree. He secretly wanted the Amaura and Zorua to be okay, realizing they were just so young and playful. Maybe he should just...leave them alone. Then he tripped over a shiny Larvesta.
Sol
He had been looking for a place to shelter when he saw the Ninetales racing toward him. He realized that the Ninetales couldn't see him, thus the Larvesta had tripped the Ninetales. "I-I'm so sorry!" Sol gasped, scrambling over to the Ninetales to help him up. "It's fine, I should be apologizing to you. I didn't see you." The Ninetales dipped his head in apology before sprinting off.

Ashei stuck her tongue out at the Deino. She used Powder Snow on him, knowing she had the advantage here, being an Ice-type. "Now, what is it you want?" she demanded. She heard pawsteps. The Amaura whirled around and saw the Ninetales and Trick -- no longer disguised.

"Get up, it's late." The shiny Vulpix hissed, kicking his companion awake. "So harsh Kilitu! You'll ruin my stunning looks this way~" Ririel smirked, earning a Fire Spin from the younger canine. The now burnt Liepard had to help him find some herbs for his storage. 'Despite being such a grump, he's totes considerate.' The womanizer suddenly realized, instantly regretting such sinful thoughts. "Oi! Don't start spacing out on me now, we have to hurry before we run into other pokemon!" The petite pokemon snapped, much to his amusement.

The Amaura tried to shake the Deino off of her, which probably didn't help any. Then she realized the advantage she had. Her attacks were closer and would have a higher chance of hitting! Ashei used Icy Wind at the Deino, and felt strength drain as she realized she had been hit by Dragon Rage.
Egan
The Ninetales was preparing to leap into the fight. No one deserved the cruelty of being leapt on and having a Dragon Rage to the face. Not even if they disturbed a nap. "Get off of her!" the Ninetales snapped, using Incinerate toward the Deino. As if she saw it coming, Ashei ducked.

The Zorua leapt into the battle, disguising himself as Ashei now so the friends could confuse the Deino. "Stay away," he growled, taking the worst of the blow for Ashei. The disguised Zorua and the Amaura stood tall next to each other, growling and snarling at the Deino. Egan slid next to them, crouching down with flames licking the blades of grass closest to the fire.

Karma being the only thing smiling down upon them, they ended up encountering some pokemon fighting. A Deino was being teamed on by an odd looking Amaura, a Zorua, and a Ninetails. "Oi! This isn't a fair fight!" The shiny Vulpix snarled, using Fire Spin on the Amaura. "Kilitu, what are you doing? You'll get hurt!" Ririel hissed, actually concerned for the younger male's safety and almost completely blocking him from the other pokemon.

Crystal heard some fighting nosies in the distance. Shell had finally decided to wake up, and the two of them exchanged a quick glance. "Who do you think it could be?" Crystal asked Shell, who had started walking toward the sound. "I dunno. Lets find out." He replied, gesturing for her to follow.Crystal floated behind him, hoping it wasn't anything too big,

Egan growled. "It was you who started this fight, growling at me like that!" Ashei screeched, using Icy Wind at the Deino, trying to keep her strength up after being hit by Fire Spin. Egan and Trick clumped together, exchanging a glance before the Ninetales began using Flamethrower. Trick un-illusioned himself being hit by Dragon Rage suddenly, then used Fury Swipes on the Deino.
Then a voice called out, "Quit fighting!"

The Larvesta was offended by the outburst of the Deino. "You really want to challenge me? Grief strengthens attacks, if you didn't know," Sol snapped, loud enough that perhaps the entire forest could hear. He glared toward the Amaura who had claimed the battle had started because of the Deino, and then he saw the Ninetales that tripped over him earlier. He scrambled to their side, realizing that these were not enemies at all.

Fallow awoke, to hear fighting on the other side of the trees. He got up quickly, and rushed to where the battle was. The chespin sighed-- there was that deino again. The last time he encountered it he had been beat in a battle. "LEAVE THEM ALONE!" he said, seeing the other pokemon he was attacking. "THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING, and... neither did I."

Egan nodded in agreement with the Chespin. "C'mon, let's head away now. Before we die," he hissed to Sol, Ashei, and Trick. "Oh, and I never caught your names. I'm Egan, how 'bout you?" Trick bounded over to the larger fox-like Pokémon's side. "I'm Trick, and the Amaura is Ashei. And I don't know the Larvesta." Ashei crouched down to let Sol scramble onto her back, seeing as how he wasn't the best at walking. "I'm Sol," the Larvesta commented, feeling more relaxed now that Ashei was helping him.

Fallow sighed. "Now that he's gone it's a better time for introductions. I'm Fallow, resident chespin of this forest. Nice to meet you!" he said.
