History: Litwick lives with his older sister, Chandeleure in the dark depths of the forest. He relies on her for his safety and protection, although he's not likely to admit it. Even with her around he tends to feel generally lonely and miserable. He tries to stay positive, but feels like something is missing from his life. He wants to travel out of the forest and got on an adventure, but his sister just won't have it.

History: Chandelure is absolutely dedicated to protecting her little brother. She gets lonely when she's on her own and so she doesn't want him to travel very far away from her. She worries that some day he will get so restless that he will leave her behind, and in the process of his rebellion will get seriously hurt. She doesn't like trainers, and has serious trust issues with both them and other pokemon.

Litwick stared at the floating ball of blue fire floating in front of it's hands, sweat dripping down his forehead as he squinted at it in concentration. The ball wavered, flickered a few times, and nearly went out--but the litwick gritted it's teeth together and focused even harder.

"That's it, good job, brother." Chandelure whispered, coaxing her little brother along with her softest and most encouraging voice.

With a deep inhale, Litwick pushed the ball of fire out away from him and into the forest with great speed. The small sphere rotated in the air and then seemed to burst into a firework of sparks. Chandelure clapped her hands together quickly and leapt up in excitement,

"Good job, litwick! That was a great Will-o-whisp!" She said, ruffling his hair. he was panting heavily but smiled.

"Thanks, sister. I can't believe I finally learned it!"
