Just outside your hometown of Emera there is a big dump where all the trainers throw all their garbage away. It has everything from berries to mega stones. The only problem is that not everyone is allowed inside. There are 2 ways to get in. 1. Pay the guard a small fee of 5K and you can come once a day or 2. sneak in and steal. The only downside with stealing is that if you get caught there is a 100PD fine and if it is not payed in 2 days you are kicked out forever. So here is how it works. You can come to the dump once a day and search around. You may find something or even nothing. If you payed your lifetime fee of 5K you'll be fine but if you didn't you have a small chance (2%) of getting caught and charged with a 100PD fee. Here is the form:
