Flytewing decided to throw more berries at the "berries." One got slightly squished and started malfunctioning. The ones Alice was eating emitted electric shocks.
"I've always liked jam." Flytewing hit a berry with his tail. It immediately stopped working.

Claire's eyes widened. "Squish them!" she repeated louder. Her face grew concentrated and she used confusion to lift a rock (which, in her defense, was better than her tiny hands and feet) and she threw the small stone at a "berry", pleased to see it respond like the others.
(Flytewing is a low-key savage)

Float finished the puzzle

"eh, they aren't the best ones in traps, you know..." the last puzzle was a mine field.

"oh, no." Float used Aqua Jet to "fly" over the field, and reaching the final door. The door opened, revealing sunlight. Float quickly runned away through the door.

Alice growled, "guuhhh..." She groaned, and turned her back to the things and still watched but this time wacked each one that came at her with on of her tails

Claire's head whipped towards Alice. "Oh n-" she stopped mid-sentence and shrieked as one of the berries made a (assumably holographic) bug-like creature fly towards her. The Psychic type jolted backwards and yelped when her back hit a prickly bush. Thinking quickly, she used Growl, The bug-like thing disappeared as the shimmering wave of sound reached it.

There was one "berry" left. Flytewing gaped in horror as he saw it grow into a berry bush-like creature. He couldn't squish this.

"Flytewing!" Claire whisper-yelled, "The Vulpix is our best bet with that thing, and she is out for the count! I think. Are you okay?" she asked, turning her attention to Alice. She ignored the scratchy feeling on her back.

(Yeah, I understood that. A lot of people posted quickly though ^-^')
Claire looked at the boulder."I can attempt," she said uncertainly. As she spoke, her attempted what was probably her hardest Confusion yet. Her body shook with the weight of the large rock. It felt as if her entire body was being crushed under the stone. With a gasp, she managed to hurl the boulder in the general direction of the bush. She collapsed with a mixture of relief and exhaustion when she saw the boulder sat firmly where the bush had been.

A leg from under the boulder quivered and stopped. "We did it!!!" flytewing was happy. The boulder emitted a level in experience to all users who attacked the berries.
