"RUN!" Evonnie ran as she heard the giant (stone?) ball coming down to squash them. She was preparing to jump since she saw a gap between the exit and the platform they were on.

Kurloz ran straight away, trying to be as quick as possible. When the gap came up, he jumped and hoped to land on it. He closed his eyes softly and then, once he knew it, he was there, on the other side of the gap. Maybe this wasn't going to be so easy.

Evonnie held Kurloz to make sure they landed. As she was always jumping daily, she knew they would land and as soon as they did, she released him. "Sorry for the awkwardness, I had to make sure you were alive" she said as she watched the ball fall over.

He blinked when he had been grabbed onto. That was a little awkward, but it wasn't too bad. He smiled and went a light blue out of embarrassment. "It's alright! Don't worry about it!" He stood up straight. "Alright... One down, two more to go."

"No, three to go" Evonnie reminded Kurloz if Red. "God, I still feel so bad that he poofed.." she said as they moved on. She wasn't sure who made this but they must be a smart one since it's a puzzle.

Three. Dang it Kurloz, get your head in the game. "Right, three, sorry... And it was really a shame that he was poofed... He did his best though." He smiled slightly. He followed right behind her and looked at this room. Oh, puzzles, what fun! Kurloz liked puzzles a lot.

He looked at this puzzle. It looked like one that had to do with memorizing for the first bit. He watched carefully, keeping a close watch before eventually stepping on the tiles that he was supposed to memorize.

"Nice job!" Evonnie said. She tried to memorize the tiles as good as Kurloz. She did it since it was only four tiles and was proud of both of them. "Half way there" she gave a pat on the back to Kurloz.

He smiled a little and back at her. He felt pretty proud of himself. When they were both done, there were stair that had appeared to go to the exit. Kurloz was thinking that it was too easy.

"I sense something..." Evonnie said as the axes come down, ready to cut them. She sighed and was ready to cross the stairs. She looked at Kurloz, knowing she made a promise to protect him, she summoned her shield.

He saw the axes come down, so close to slicing the two of them. He was also quite prepared for this though. He looked back at Evonnie and saw that she had her shield summoned. This was going to be a little easier then.

He nodded, running like she had instructed. He was careful still, even if he was protected. He didn't want to poof or break now. He had just met new gems and wanted to be their friends. He didn't want things to end because of a few rooms of puzzles and survival.

As the final axe comes down, it comes close to poofing Kurloz. "oh no you don't" Evonnie though and stood in front of Kurloz so he wouldn't poof. Her shield breaks and the falls but she stood up quickly, showing she's ok and walked to the top. "Wow, those are really strong..." she looked at axes go back and forth.
