I think you should be able to move your Pokémon between boxes on your user page. The other boxes the sprites are very small and hard to see. It's easier to find your Pokémon in the boxes on your user page. For example, instead of having the little check box in your storage boxes have a check box in your user page boxes.

Ah, but there comes the snag- the current Storage Box page is designed for maximum convenience, so that you can get through boxes quickly. Also, putting the checkbox on the other Boxes page wouldn't be wise as it wouldn't show the name of the pokemon, which could lead to a mishap.
I was thinking of a button in the normal Storage Box page for bigger icons, but the problem is there are no icons between the size of the normal sprites and the tiny icons in the Storage Box page.
I'll have to think about this for now, but I'd support if a more complete suggestion was completed.
