As the doors opened, Amy flung her arms around Ethan. "I... was so worried..." Her bandages were still wrapped around her face. "P-Please don't touch my bandages... I look... uglier without them." She murmured. She hid her frown and smiled.

"Hey, Eth." Mina smiled at him. "It's even forever. I'm finally out of hospital."

Ethan hugged Amy tightly. "If that's what you want, I won't." He said smiling at Amy. He poked her head and then looked at Mina. "Yeah, it's been a while. Amy? Did you tell Mina about... you know who?" He asked Amy, worried about Mina's feelings.

Mina scoffed. "It can't be that bad. Let me look!" Yanking off the bandages, half of Amy's face was coated in a large indigo bruise, the other in deep scratches. "M-Mina!" Amy yelled, covering up her face.
"D-Don't look at me... I look mortifying..." Amy murmured.

Ethan smiled at Mina hysterically and made a step back with Amy. He didn't care about the bruises in her face. She was still the most beautiful being in the world for him. "If you feel bad about it you can always put the bandages back on. I'll love you no matter if your face is purple, blue or yellow. But that's not why I'm whispering. Did you see what Mina did? She changed the subject. So, did you tell her about Oddy or not?" He whispered to Amy, as quietly as possible.

Amy nodded. "She knows." Her face was bright red from his compliment. So much so, that she left her bandages off.
"I've been looking for ways we could open the portal..." She sighed. "No luck..." She somehow wasn't crying through everything that happened.

Ethan just knew that Amy felt bad after everything that happened. He wondered how Oddy was doing in the Pokemon World, if that was really the world Oddy was sent to.

Meanwhile, in the world where Oddy was...
Oddy had just woken up in the shore. The hole sent him flying in the sky but thankfully he landed in the sea. The place was similar to where Ethan first appeared. He heard a bush move. "Who is there?" He said with all the power he had. He was seriously hurt from the fall. A pokemon jumped out of the bush.

Slurpuff, the guildmaster appeared in front of Oddy. "Hello friend. Where have you been?" He asked in a silly way.

Keeping her arms around Ethan, Amy looked up at him, smiling a little. "You really think I still look as good like this?" She asked, her smile getting smaller, and her cheeks turning redder in embarrassment.

Mina looked down at Oddish. She whispered to him. "How would you like it if... me and Oddy adopted you?" She asked, smiling.

Ethan smiled at her. "Of course. Just cause you have some purple on your face doesn't make you different. You're still the same you." He said, knowing it sounded weird.

Oddish hesitated talking. He just smiled. Ethan was the one who hatched him so he thought he was his father, making his mother.

Oddy was shocked from what happened. "I'm in the Pokemon World? I'm in the Pokemon World!" He said holding Slurpuff's hands and jumping around. "Wait a minute... I'm in the Pokemon World!" He repeated, now with a more puzzled face. "Does that mean that everyone is in the world where they belong to? No that's not it. Oddish and Kadabra would be here too." He added, forgetting that Slurpuff is even there.

Amy smiled even brighter and hugged Ethan tight. "That's why I love you." She chuckled, looming over at Mina.

Mina could tell that Oddish probably wanted to be with Ethan, noticing his body language. She wanted to cry, but she stayed strong, and silent, her fists clenched. "Let's try and find our way to Oddy." She murmured.

Ethan, holding Amy's hand, walked to Mina. "I'm not allowed to leave this place before my blood tests come out. They should be here anytime soon."

A doctor entered the interrogation room. "He has the stats an average human has so there's no doubt. He's a human." She told the detective. He looked at her. "Good job." He said and left the room.

He popped up behind Ethan, scaring him. "It seems that you are human after all. You're allowed to leave but under no circumstances should you leave the town. You will be chased down and we'll find you." He said, scaring Ethan even more. "Yes sir!" Ethan answered with a scared look in his face.

Slurpuff waved at Oddy anxiously. "You didn't tell me friend. Where have you been?" He asked again. Oddy hesitated telling the truth. "I can't really explain. It's complicated. Is Noctowl in the guild? I need to talk to him immidiately." Oddy answered, smiling at the guildmaster.

Amy looked over at Ethan in worry. "This means... you can't leave here... to go to the Pokèmon world..." Amy paused for a long time. "Mina... you must go to the Pokèmon world and reunite with Oddy. I'm staying here, with the man I love..." She whispered, clenching her free fist.

Mina froze. She didn't know how to react. To refuse? To cry? To agree? This decision was huge.

Slowly walking, they got out of the police department. "Except if... I go to the Pokemon World with you and never return." He said as quietly as possible, being desperate to both find Oddy and be with Amy.

Amy hesitated. She didn't know where she belonged. "I... I don't know where I belong..." She murmured. She twiddled her blonde hair, staring at her hands, slowly tearing up. She looked at Ethan, tears rolling gently down her cheeks.

With swift moves, Ethan hugged Amy tightly. "Remember when I said the same before we were attacked by Drude? I said that I don't know in which world I belong too. I retract the statement cause... now I know. I know, that I belong to... a place where we can be together." He told Amy, starting to tear up too.

Mina felt extremely uncomfortable with seeing the couple be like that. She might never see Oddy again. She kept her fists clenched, but his how she felt.

Amy broke down into tears on the spot. Ethan melted her heart with his words, and she kept herself close to him. "This is why I love you, Ethan..." She sobbed.

Ethan wiped the tears off Amy's face. "C'mon, let's go find a way to bring Oddy back or... get to Oddy." He said to Amy and Mina, trying to cheer them both up.

Meanwhile, in the guild...
Slurpuff brought Oddy back to the guild. Their room and stuff were still there. It seemed that while he had been in the Human World just for 12 hours, in the Pokemon World a whole week had passed. Before even checking his belongings, he ran to Noctowl's room. "Welcome back." Noctowl said, before Oddy even opened the door to his room. "Calm down. There's no need for explaining anyways. I know what happened. I sensed everything." He said, as Oddy was worn out.

Amy giggled as his soft fingers trailed against her tear-stricken cheeks. She did the same back to him, a smile appearing on her face. "Alright. But... you can tell leve this place... unless you leave it for good."

Mina nodded silently. She handed Oddish gently into Ethan's arms, as she knew he cared about him more than her.

Ethan smiled at Amy. Holding Oddish's and Kadabra's hand, he started walking. "Are you coming?" He asked the girls, laughing. He was really happy.

[Skipping to Mina's House]
Ethan sat on the couch. "Ever since Oddy's incident I have been thinking. How does the portal work? I tried to connect the dots while I was on the police department. What the first portal and the second portal had in common was.... negativity." He said quietly so Mina's mother wouldn't hear anything. "It all started with Mina going crazy because of Druddigon. "Oddy was really sad after something happened in the hospital. We saw him crying really hard and then the portal sucked him." He added to his speech, standing up and starting to walk around the room. "When we defeated you and turned you back into Buneary, what were your feelings, Mina?" Ethan asked her, trying to connect the last few pieces of the puzzle. "And another question remains. Why did the portal not suck me when I was crying at the graveyard?"

Ethan picked up a piece of paper and wrote down all the evidence.

Mina hesitated. "I don't... remember," she attempted to recall her emotions, but she just couldn't. "We need to think back to a time when you felt extremely depressed. That's the only way!" She explained, looking around at everyone.

"Or... think of something bad that could happen..." She murmured, tearing up at the thought.

Ethan stayed silent. He just couldn't think right. How are we sure Oddy is in the Pokemon World anyways?" He said, starting to tear up. He immidiately wiped the tears off his face. "Alright, so as to not lose anyone else we need to avoid negative emotions and negativity in general when we're not together. That means you shouldn't be sad, angry, disgusted, afraid, discouraged or show hatred to anyone. Just to avoid risk of being sent to the Pokemon World or any other world." He said, courageous. "If we must go to the Pokemon World we will go all together, so negative emotions are allowed when everyone's close to one another." He added, still as courageous as possible.
