Duo then finds a sleeping Pidgey.

"Hello? Are you hurt?" The Pidgey wakes up and tries attacking him, but Duo defeats it and gains 15 PD. "What's this gold stuff?"

Duo then noticed he got experience from beating up wild Pokemon, so he beat up a few Pidgeys, not looking for food, but maybe a fire-type move.

Fang's ear twitches and follows Rhyno, Purple, Flytewing, Miles and Duo's High-pitched screaming. He enters a cave and sighted a Zubat. Fang looks down and thinks, what would a pokemon do? Scratch? He looks back up and scratches it, the zubat drops an oran Berry.
