It was another boring class for Aurora, the teacher lecturing them over some boring topic about biology -the humans had to take the normal high school classes, unlike the vampires who took ettiquete classes and classes on how to control their thirst, or similar things. She was having a hard time of staying awake in her class because as a DCM, disciplinary committee member, she had to stay up until 1 am to make sure no day class student tried to sneak out and meet with the night class, which occasionally tends to happen.

To keep herself awake, she started playing with the hem of her black dress jacket, part of the customary uniform all the day class students had to wear, along with a white dress shirt, a red tie or bow, and black pants or skirt. The night class had a similar uniform, except their outfits were white where the day classes are black. Both types of uniforms had the True Cross Academy insignia institched on the left side of the jacket.

"Riiiing." The dismissal bell went off, signaling that class was over and they could leave. The day class had a couple of hours to chill or hangout around campus before the night class would make their entrance, walking across the campus to get to the classrooms, all of the day class swooning and in awe at their impossible beauty -a trait only vampires have.

Aurora walked out of the classroom, intent on strolling the lawn of the school for any suspicious people, though she doubted she would find any. One could never be too cautious.

Headmaster Veronica was sitting at her desk, shuffling through proposal papers and new student forms. The daily life of a principle at an academy. She took a sip from her coffee, still fresh and warm, it was a nice day and she wished she could wander around and relax, but her duties called her and so she continued working quietly at her desk. She was known to sometimes visit the student sduring lectures, but today had not been one of those days, at least not for the day class students.

Nate swooped down, by a near building and slowly walked up to the school, he stopped at the gates before going in, he would probably be at the library, but instead he found himself in the main hall walking down towards his classroom. He knew he would probably be questioned, but he really didn't cares, "oh brother, this is going be another long night" he sighed to himself.

Feeling a bit restless, as usual, Silar decided to go to campus early as he sometimes did,Today he found a nice shaded spot under a nice tree and even a perfect branch to lay on hidden from sight. Since it wasn't time for the night class yet and the day class was just about to let out, Silar decided to hope into the tree and read his book some while waiting for the time to click away. After awhile after day classes let out, Silar noticed a familiar face, it was Aurora the leader among the DCM, a beautiful, intelligent and refined young lady. Even before he was turned into a vampire this was the type of girl Silar liked and even though their interactions with each other were few, he had still fallen for this beauty. Seeing that she was quite close to him and there were no others nearby, he called out to her. "Well if it isn't the head DCM, are you out on patrol again?

As she was taking her stroll, having left the school building quickly after the bell had rung, she was enjoying her walk. There were no suspicious people and there was a gentle breeze to keep her cool, a lovely combination for her. It wasn't long, however, until she heard a very familiar voice call out to her. With a slight roll of her eyes she turned to face the vampire who was always the first to greet her when they walk to class at six.

"Oh my, and what do I own the pleasure of seeing you here today, Silar?" Her tone was mocking and joking. She crossed her arms over her chest as she started talking again. "Shouldn't you be in your dorm still? It's only three thirty."

"Now now, just because I'm higher than you doesn't mean you have to be so formal." He said returning the mocking and joking, also making a pun since he was literally higher than her, because he was on a branch in the tree. "Yes i should be, but every so often i get restless. When i do i come out around campus and find little spots like this hidden away, that way i can still enjoy some daylight without being noticed by the regular students."

Rushing across campus, Diana holded some books in her hands, her tiny legs carried her and the books s couple of distance, before slowing down and went into the main office, picking up the pace a little she couldn't help being excited to be there at night. Diane tripped over something with made her fall. "Ouch" she said as she lifted herself up and gathered the books up again and carried on.

Walking towards the campus he hid himself from the ray of sunlight, even tho he was a freshmen, he liked seeing the sunrise and the sunset. Just from the shades the trees gives off. He looked up at the sun before going into a building.

Xavier walked away campus, dancing around slightly to the music going through his headphones. He walked to the far field to see his sister that he'd not seen in a long time. Ronnie smiled and walked over to him. "Hey, Hopefully you haven't gotten into trouble." Ronnie said to him. "Pfft! Nie, You know i'm not like that." Xavier laughed. Ronnie raised her eyebrow at him.

Aurora scoffed and rolled her eyes at what Silar said, being such a typical "full-of-himself" vampire. His joke was funny for two reasons, he was quite literally higher than her because of his position on the branch, and she was barely above 5 foot tall, so he hovered over her with his height there as well.

"I'm sorry you get restless, but you can't be here Silar, and you know that. It's too dangerous for you to be around the day class." She had this conversation with the vampire several times already in the past month, he just never liked to listen to her authority as a DCM. I hope she goes quietly and willing this time...

Diana walked back out, after delivering the books. She decided to enjoy the rest of the day, Maybe I can go get something to eat, since i'm going to be back later, I could go to my moms house and bring her some flowers, after I eat.he thought as she walked absent mindlessly towards the gates, but she noticed to people talking to each other in the shade.

Nate sat at the top of old church that nobody uses any more, being protected by the shade, he spotted a couple of teenagers fooling around near by.

Perri sat in the library, at a table in the corner of the room. She was reading a book called "Upside down, in the middle of nowhere." She was blocking out everything and everyone as she read the prints on the crisp pages. The only noise she could her was the sound of her fingers flipping the page we she read the intense story.

"So what's next on your agenda?" Xavier asked her. Ronnie glared at him, a serious look in her eyes. "That's none of your business." She told him, angrily. Xavier put his hands up in surrender. "Alright, Alright. Sorry for asking." He sighed.

"Aww come on, i only just got here a short while ago, can't i at least have a few more minutes? If i didn't know any better, with the way your rushing me off i would think you want me to be seen." Silar said with saddened look in his eye. Perhaps today i will not be as difficult as usual.

Aurora bit her bottom lip subconciously as she mulled over what Silar said, him unknowingly bringing up a good point. She couldn't let him get seen by the day class, they would be more of a hassle than him. "I guess you can stay for a little bit longer so you don't get seen, but you'll have to be in my presence, just to make sure you don't try anything with the day class." Heaven knows they would do anything for him, all the girls are so oblivious when it comes to handsome men.

Veronica, finally having finished her paperwork for the day, stretched in her chair before getting up. She decided it was time for a walk through campus to greet all of her lovely students. With that in mind, she walked out of her office, making sure to lock the door in case any pranksters tried to do anything, and headed to check the classrooms first, to see if any student was in need of help.

"That's fine, I'd rather be around you more anyway." Silar said showing a rare seriousness, "besides you who else would treat me 'like I'm still human'." He said with a pained look, that quickly went away replaced with a smile.

Perri finished the chapter she was on, and stood while she sighed. She wandered out of the library and looked around. She saw Silar and Aurora, but didn't wish to start a conversation with them. She walked past them, whispering in her head, Dont notice me, don't notice me, don't notice me...

She was about to make a witty remark but stopped when he said "like I'm still human". She could feel pain from those words, his pain. She had never really thought about it, she treated him like anyone else, even if he was a vampire. Aurora was unsure of what to say, even after he changed the sorrowed face he was making to one of a smile.

Just then, a girl walked briskly past them, not saying a word and emitting an aura that screamed don't talk to me. Aurora was unsure of what to make of the girl; should she leave her alone or confront her, against what her obvious body signs are saying.

Perri decided to be a bit more friendly, so she looked up, giving a half wave and smile. On the inside, half of her wanted them to ignore her or give her a rude remark.

"So... Sis... What's it like doing... Your job?" Xavier asked. Ronnie looked at him. "It's too easy. I'm waiting for something hard to come along. And hopefully, it'll come soon." She said, a dark smirk crawling across her lips.

not wanting to be rude Silar waved back to the girl but did no further action. "Well some students seem abnormally sharp to see me hidden in the tree, perhaps it's time i go, since it looks like it has cleared up alot of daytime students." Getting down from the branch in the tree he turned to leave quickly, "see you in night class this time Aurora or are you just going to observe again?" he asked before leaving.

Aurora smiled and waved at the girl as she passed them, thinking she would go talk to the girl if she ever ran into her again. She turned her attention to Silar, inwardly saddened that he was already leaving her for she secretly enjoyed his company. She would never tell him that of course.

"Good idea, I don't want to have to pull a horde of girls off of you." She jokingly said as he jumped out of the tree and turned, ready to make his leave. "Ha, you wish. I'll be outside tonight, making sure no day lass students sneak out."

With Silar being gone, Aurora turned on her heels and ran to see if she could catch up to the girl that had passed them, wanting to chat with her because Aurora hated to see people alone or by themselves.

Once she caught up to the girl she smiled and shouted, "Hello! Mind if I join you?"

Veronica saw no students in the classrooms, much to her surprise, and decided to head into the courtyard. She conversed with several students who were sitting near the front of the school's entrance, shaded by a nearby tree. The students always liked to talk to her, not just because she was the headmaster but because of how "hip" and open she was to her students. If they ever had requests or ideas on how to make the school better, she listened to them genuinely and took them into consideration.
