1. The guardians of the orbs are like
the town leaders. There are 3 orbs - Red, Blue, and Jade.
2. No making your character a Mary Sue/Gary Stu. Don't Bunny, Be OP, Godmod, etc. That's auto 2-warns.
3. The village is all-Pokémon. You can make humans, but they will be on a quest.
4. Humans can be cats or humans whenever they want, like shapeshifters. [This comes from one of my AUs]
5. Encounter/battle theme is optional and goes in the "other" section of your form.
6. No, you cannot be my senpai [Maxie]. No canon characters this time.
7. No Fakemon either. AND NO GIJINKA THINGS
8. No fun? Fien. You can have diff-lookin Pokémon if you gonna be like that.
9. No "code word" to get in, but y'know I can deny when I want to
10. Insta-ban if I didn't get a question from you, asking to be a shieny.
11. Courtney is watching you.
12. Names are always 1 or 2 words about nature
13. Moves can be illegal, but must be related to the Pokémon. (Ex. Illegal for level, etc.)
14. No mega-Pokémon. Not only are they OP, but you can't really Mega Evolve without a trainer.

@Flamey Twisted Spoons? Aren't those...man-made? How would Pokémon be able to find trainer items if they stick to the village? And we're wild 'mons, so the only way to learn TM-moves is if you had a trainer and left.
@Shadow Mega Absol is a bit OP, I've seen it whether in battle or in Roleplay, and like I said in my PalPad message, Pokémon (except for maybe Rayquaza) cannot mega-evolve without trainers.

@Otomra, There isn't just "guardian" of anything. And how did he get the Muscle Band? Did he have a trainer at some point? Your character confuses me. A lot. Please fix your form.
@Gold The Guardian of the Jade Orb protects the guardian. that's it. And Buttons should at least have a main rank like healer, but where is it? Please fix your form.
