My form --
name ;; Skyler
age ;; 19
gender ;; female
appearance ;; skyler is 5' 3" with messy pastel blue hair. She has one green eye and one yellow eye, green being her original eye colors but yellow came with her mutation. Her eyes are little slits for pupils instead of circles and allow her to see only heat differences (mostly in reds and blues indicating hot or cold). Her legs and around one eye is covered in scales.
personalities ;;
sky -- sassy // friendly // quiet // smart // clumsy // forgetful
cobra aka jazz -- rude // snarky // cunning // daring // temperamental
history ;; originally an orphan, adopted by the organisation, mutated with a snake for scientific purposes etc.
age: 19
gender: male
appearance: Elliot rises to around 5'5" in height with wild, red-brown hair. He has silvery grey eyes, whether or not they came with his mutations he doesn't know. His original mutation plans were merely the addition of two new arms, him being one of the first of many captives, they didn't want to go to the extremes. Deemed 'too chatty,' he was given the addition of a zipper to the mouth. Elliot wears a dark blue hoodie at all times, accompanied by black jeans and worn out boots. (also see picture I showed you :I)
personality: Elliot considers himself a story teller, almost constantly spewing wild tales no one would bother listening to. He's rather energetic, but he isn't much of a listener and usually comes up with witty, sarcastic remarks no matter the situation.
history: Elliot was volunteered to the lab, just opening, at a young age by his oblivious family. Upon discovering this, Elliot began weaving and tangling himself in a web of lies and stories. He was given the addition of his arms, and no later than a day after, the zipper sealing his mouth. Although he can easily unzip it and go off spouting nonsense, he's learned better from his years in the lab.
name: Bella
age: 13 1/2
gender: female
appearance: Bella is a small girl, barely rising to 5'2" in height. She has dark brown eyes that almost match the black of her pupil and long, dark straight hair reaching to her waist. It's usually kept in a neat braid down her back, not including her bangs which cover her eyes and some of her face. Bella's mutation consisted of mixing her with bats, giving her poor eyesight (at this point she's really stopped depending on her eyes) but highly developing her other senses, including echolocation. She has a mostly human appearance, other than dark fur partially lining the pale skin of her forearms, collarbone and neck. Her teeth are sharp, similar to some species of bat and she does have a small pair of wings, but only strong enough to glide short distances or make a fall a little slower. Bella is usually found wearing a dark dress reaching to her knees. (I'll draw her later.)
personality: Bella is quiet and usually stays secluded from the other mutants. Despite that, her keen senses inform her of things within the facility others don't usually figure out. If she spits out more than a few words, like an answer to a question, she'd fill your head with all sorts of useless facts that she's picked up in her life.
history: Bella was taken to the facility at no older than 5 or 6, most of her live being spent at the labs. She's considered one of the most cooperative subjects, although the guards and others have no idea of what goes on in her head. For example, escape plans.
"Ah, Elliot, yes you're good for today."
He wanted to leap for joy at the mere words, but he contained himself and entered the room. Elliot briefly scanned the room. He didn't know many of the other mutants, and there were only three in the room today, not including himself. With a sigh of relief, he unzipped the familiar device keeping his mouth shut. Some days, it was hard to keep quiet with all the ideas racing through his mind.
Elliot silently decided he couldn't turn back now, the girl probably already noticed him. But then again, he didn't know that for sure. A small part of eight year old Elliot screamed to change direction, act like you weren't going towards her.
He still remembered the day his older brother's 'pet' snake got loose. The day before his parents sent him to this hell.
"Haven't seen you around before, I'm Elliot."
Good enough. He didn't want to go off ranting about nothing in particular without even introducing himself. His gaze was still locked on the snake, as if he expected it to do something, but Elliot felt slightly better about it.
He paused, attempting to think of something else to say. That wasn't a lie. Or stupid. Of course, most of his current thoughts were stupid lies, or ridiculous stories and ideas. For example, escaping. What mutant hadn't considered it? Elliot still vaguely remembered when he'd first arrived here, how there were only a few guards here and there as most of the mutants weren't too dangerous or inhuman. Now, there were practically guards at every corner. He absently grabbed a toy from the floor to fiddle with while waiting for a response from Skyler.
He glanced absently around the room, surprised to see a small girl scurry in and past the guard. The guard looked as if he was going to say something to her, but instead shut his mouth. Elliot took his silvery glance elsewhere once the girl found a seat in a corner.
On impulse, Bella had left her quarters to go off to one of the many rooms of the vast facility. It was like a maze, she thought. The mutants are restricted only to a small part, it was a maze. A labyrinth. The girl had spent recent weeks supposedly 'getting lost' in the labyrinth, in reality she was trying to find the closest exit. Of course, the guards believed her silly 'I wanted to go to one of the day rooms, but I couldn't find the way and got lost!' story. Bella was careful to space out these expeditions and not to trick the same guard twice. They'd realize something was up. They weren't that stupid. If only they were. After all, she was still much younger than most of the mutants.
Bella sped up as she approached what she referred to as the quiet room. That's what it was, that's why she usually picked it over the others. The guard at his post opened his mouth to speak to her, but Bella slipped into the room and to her corner. Mostly to think, no other reason. As the facility's so-called little angel, most guards didn't know her. Bella spent most of her time in the lab or her quarters. That was okay though. There were a few other people in the room, but that was also okay. She could still think here.
Bella, slightly lost in thought, caught a few snippets of zipper boy and snake girl's conversion. For example, zipper boy's name was Elliot. She had to remember not to call him that at first or he'd realize she must have been eavesdropping. Bella noticed she had subconsciously been inching forward, stopping herself before the duo noticed. Other than learning the name, she heard that he liked telling stories. She definitely liked stories. Some of her foggy memories involved an unknown man telling her tales of his travels. The stories were also a blur, but the bits she could recall Bella held close to her heart.
Before the knew it, Bella was merely a few feet away from Elliot and the girl with the arm snake. It was to late to scurry away, and she finally invoiced a single, quiet word.
"Stories?"
"Oh, random girl, okay yeah stories let me think." Elliot didn't really think the girl as someone much out of the ordinary. The wings protruding from her back were perplexing, but he didn't bother questioning this Bella girl, he was thinking of a story. "Ah, I know, how about how the facility started-Elliot edition! Came up with it a while back, but still a favorite of mine."
