"Database has Levels. The max Level is 10 and the Min is 1. To upgrade Database, first I need to Level Up my Evolution Level/Pokemon Level first. you know, Normal Pokemon things...After I leveling Up, I can use Data Beam on you two and the Databse will be Level 2, since its currently Level 1. When I get to Databse Level 10, I will know literally EVERYTHING about you."
