Rex looks at the river as he thinks of his response for a few moments, "...one reason is because I have no family or place to call home here...second reason being i don't like speaking to strangers very often...so...getting help is a no on my part..." he sadly says.

Scarlett smiles, "Nice..well, half is in my blood so, yeah. I understand why you'd like to keep that a secret." she winks a bit at him to ensure him.
