I honestly think there should be a tab on the Auction house that leads to any previous Event Pokemon that people are setting up for auction. Some are on the search bar, but some aren't. (Such as the Festival Ralts.) It would make it easier for people who joined PH long after a specific Pokemon was distributed.

Already suggested here - it is literally the top in the suggestions for trading/auctions

Second, the only time you can't find a pokemon in the search bar is when there are NONE available in the auction house.

For example, at this moment there are no Bulbasaur, Venusaur, Squirtle, or Wartortle in the AH. Therefore they are not in the search, as seen here (in fact, any missing numbers are not currently available)
