Maplekit gave a shrug and lifted a paw, in a somewhat 'regal' fashion and licked it delicately before answering in a brittle voice, "I don't have much interest." her voice and tone cold but she looked up over to Slatekit, "Don't know. They can do as they please, I guess."

after playing a bit with slatekit shadoween decides to go take a nap and finds a comfy spot and stretches out then dozes off

shadoween hears the leader and rounds up the younger kits and meows in a strict voice to them 'now you all be on your best behavior the leader doesn't seem to be in a playful mood at the moment but when the meeting is over we can all play together alright' while having them sit near her so she can keep a watchful eye on them

"Yaaaay finally the leader is back!!!!" Slatekit excitedly shouted "i wonder where he was he pondered to himself" Slatekit walked out of the medicine cats den to see what the leader had to say. He walked over to the other kits and sat as close as he could to maplekit.

I have some good news and bad news first off bad news you now how Shadowclan has been marking on our territory well we are going to prevent that so that means twice As much patrols as for the good news we are going to make some new apprentices and warriors As for the new warriors...... Hazelpaw.......Hugopaw come to the high rock you have worked hard and you will be a warrior Hazelpaw do you promise to protect the clan even with the cost of you r life . yes she said excitedly same for you Hugopaw .I do he said quickly then your new names are HugoFlash ....... and Hazeltrot now for the apprentices

Slatekit joined the other kits by the high rock. His fur would twitch every now and then from excitement at who his mentor might be. And his tail would not stop moving back and forth even at the protest of his fellow kits.
