What are chimekoi?

Chimekoi are small, omnivore creatures
that are created through a small mask, which absorbs the power of a
certain elemental item, the elemental core (fire, coral, etc.) The
mask then develops into a small creature, which gains mutations
based on the elemental core (deep sea water: light dangler, cloud:
wings, etc.) The forming of a Chimekoi is a very delicate process,
one mishap can either break the mask into no more further use or
rarely develop into a Failed experiment.
When something wrong happens during the process, it could result in a mishap or failed experiment, but those are pretty rare. Failures can include ones with broken, cracked, ruptured, or half a mask, or even no mask.They can also include just dull gray colors, a drooped tail, scars. Many failed experiments are often destroyed immediately because of their aggressive attitude, but some less tempered ones survive.

You can obtain a chime from Three
ways:
1: from the auctions : here at chime pond, we often get stocked up with too many successful experiments, and we need the money to be able to research these elusive creatures more deeply. (Note: you cannot get mishaps here)(edit Theres a small chance of mishaps sneaking into the house)
2: from the color palletes : You can obtain a color paletted Chimekoi,: once In a while, I'll put up a couple color palettes, and you can but one and get a mystery Chimekoi with that color pallette (10% chance of a mishap)
3; custom elemental core: once In a while, I'll open two or three slots for custom chimekois based on their elemental core~ (there's a chance you can get a mishap form here too

How customs/myos work

Customs are special cimes that you tell me what special attributes you want. For example, you could say you want a blue collar, light tan mask, a tail made out of water.i draw it for you, and theres your custom.(customs cant be mishaps) along with regular color pallette chimes and auction chimes, customs have numbers on their tags.
Myos (make your own)
Make your own chimes are special chimes that, guess what, you get to draw and design yourself! Be creative, It can be mishap or normal. Just don't overload the poor chime with parts. Try to stay true to the core you choose for it( Dont put a fire tail for a chime who's core is water :'<) For the tag, be creative. The one unique thing about myos is that they can have numbers, letters, words, drawings, anything mankind can imagine on their tag. Be creative!
