Exchanging nuggets to money (I'm assuming you mean PD) has been suggested several times by other users. And from what I remember, they all got rejected.

But there's a lots of people out there who are willing to buy nuggets with PD, so you can just sell the nuggets to them directly.
Don't see the need for a feature that will convert/exchange them for you.
This would be a con for people who cannot buy nuggets will real money, since they would rely on buying them from other users with PD.
