Decide the caracters a (Genin/Chunin/Jonin/Kage)
(once one Hokage is chosen 2nd time not allowed to choose Hokage but can choose a other Kage like Kazekage) -Jonin

Chakra Nature(Max 2)- Water and lightening

Jutsu known(Only add 1 jutsu but more can be added after the story progresses)- Bashosen: coil of water

Summoning Jutsu- Umibozu

Mode Known(Only 1)- Sage mode
(Like sage mode, Chakra mode, Susano'o and etc)
Kekegenkai(If want)- Storm release

Jinchuriki of which tailed beast(If want)- none

(You can choose a kekegenkai/tailed beast both cannot be chosen)
(Same rules as for Kage apply for Tailed beast)(kages also cannot be a Jinchuriki)
