I think it's just me but why don't we celebrate Tabanata? ((NEXT YEAR, because this year I didn't have time to suggest))
Since Jirachi is a wishing Pokemon. Like an event Jirachi?

Jirachi is already available on PokéHeroes, so you're going to need a LOT more explanation of what you mean for it to be considered.
